This Fall Internship is from September through December 12th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Observing and participating in the casting process for SPA Features and Television projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researched actors for our projects, creating lists for upcoming shows and features
Assisting in sourcing audio clips of actors for casting presentations
Owing the process of uploading, organizing, and maintaining auditions
Assisting in administrative tasks
Anticipating office needs, learning skills needed for entertainment assistant
Executed expenses, scheduling, and data entry
QUALIFICATIONS: Current college student or recent college graduate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Interest in pop culture, TV/Film, and/or music a huge plus.
Passion and focus on animation and/or the casting process
Experience in basic Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Interest in animation, entertainment, television, comedy, and acting
Web/tech-savvy, proficient in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media, such as Instagram
Good eye for talent
Interest in learning and working with a team
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. Job Description
As a marketing intern, you'll assist the Marketing and Creative Services team with various consumer marketing, brand campaigns, on-air promotion, paid media, and social & digital related tasks. You will be assigned on-going, daily responsibilities as well as stand-alone projects and will assist with various office and administrative duties. You will participate in weekly department meetings and various project meetings throughout the semester.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Assists the Marketing Staff with development and execution of owned, earned and paid media
Support the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, including writing creative briefs, setting up test plans and tracking, project managing creative, routing campaigns for approval, and reviewing performance. This will also involve delivering marketing campaign recap reports, including analyzing results and making optimization recommendations.
Assists the creative and on-air promotion department by cataloging videos and clips
Perform market analysis and research social media trends, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok platforms
Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events, including onsite events at the San Francisco Giants, Athletics, San Francisco 49ers, San Jose Sharks and Golden State Warriors as well as community events throughout the Bay Area

Job Description
The Content group at NBC Sports Bay Area/California is responsible for the day-to-day planning and production of on-air and digital schedules. Interns will assist in the production of daily content and programs, while also helping various production and marketing related initiatives including research, audio/video production, news gathering, editing content.

Job Description
Join our team for a hands-on internship focused on digital advertising and sports media. A snapshot of your responsibilities:

Assist with label's YouTube channel management
Ripping CD's
CD and Document filing
Gather updated rosters of composers, artists, songwriters, music producers, music editors, label talents and music supervisors
Create lists and check library inventory
Assist in keeping the music library organized
Compile and distribute music playlists
Handle phone calls and take messages
Pick up and deliver items (such as hard drives or music) to other areas of the WB lot
Opportunity to help creative team with media submissions from major and independent music publishers and record labels to expand digital library
Help with music searches for network, cable TV, and streaming productions when applicable
Audit information in the label's distribution portal

Qualifications & Experience

As a Business Analytics and Industrial Engineering (BAIE) Intern, you will support the BAIE team in identifying and implementing improvements within Universal Studios Hollywood's attractions. * Collect and compile observational data-time and motion studies. This data can be used to make business decisions around (but not limited to) ride capacity and utilization, Operations Support, Food and Merchandise sales, labor utilization, and standards.

We are looking for a dedicated EHS intern to support safety initiatives during the 2026 Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) build. This intern will work closely with the EHS team throughout the design and build phases to identify and mitigate safety risks related to stage performances, costumes/puppets, and performer ergonomics.
The intern's work will play a key role in enhancing performer safety by conducting risk assessments, documenting hazards, and driving corrective actions through our internal safety management system. This role offers hands-on experience in production safety while helping strengthen our safety practices.
Project Objectives
+ Conduct safety risk assessments for HHN elements, including costume and puppet design, platform safety, and prop ergonomics.
+ Support new design requirements for costumes and puppets.
+ Assist in performing costume ergonomic assessments.
+ Use our safety management system to catalog identified hazards.
+ Manage safety concerns using ATS or Concern Reporting, ensuring each item is tracked through completion.
Intern Role & Responsibilities
+ This role will support the project during its design and build phases by identifying and documenting potential safety hazards.
+ Analyze past incidents and safety concerns to identify patterns and proactively reduce future risks.
+ Record all identified hazards in the Concern Report tracking system.

Your Role Accountabilities
Duties could include:
Capitalizing and amortizing all shows across the WBD family of networks as well as our digital offerings.
Working closely with the brands to ensure complete and accurate costs and associated amortization curves are applied.
Recording journal entries and preparing account reconciliations so they can gain insight into the actual workings of a global accounting department.
Assist on ad hoc projects in our ever-changing organization.
Assist with creating projects and assets in our ERP system as well as various analyses related to amortization profiles as needed.
Responsible for processing remittances for affiliate customers on a monthly basis to account for AR, revenue, and cash
Assist with tax research on a variety of issues pertaining to state taxes and production credits.
Assist with compliance of production tax credits and prepare supporting documentation.
Provide support on financial reporting, report running, and updating and maintaining tax models in MS Excel
Assists the department with research and development tax credit study
Exposure to reporting and withholding function
Assist with partnership distributions
Assist with SEC tax reporting
Assist with various tax filings
Assist with internal and external communications
Assist in preparing presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides), project management (coordination with various teams), and ad hoc tax research.

The Entertainment Production Design department is responsible for the creative and visual development of live entertainment events at Universal Studios Hollywood from concept to implementation. As a Production Design Intern, you will learn the design process for entertainment events by providing support to production designers and associate production designers through graphic design, 3D models, draftings, production packets, and concept art creation. This hands-on experience will develop your understanding of the full production of a live event in a theme park.
