Sony Pictures Classics is seeking a Director of Sales reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the Sales function across the U.S., ensuring all titles are booked in all markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize with Manager, Sales, EVP Sales and Co-Presidents on how to optimize sales revenue for a new release. This requires knowledge of the independent film product & industry, it's target audience & demographics, competition and recent and/or anticipated market trends.
Based on knowledge of the salability of the film, the Director must establish a targeted scope of distribution so as to maximize potential sales revenue. For example, should projected salability not be very high for a particular film, it is the Director's responsibility to recognize this and adopt a “hit and run” sales strategy, meaning secure a high number of screening for a short window of time.
Engage in sales negotiations with theatre exhibitors, which involves setting the terms and conditions (ideally at the high end of established industry-wide parameters), for licensing each particular film to theatre circuits/owners.
Along with Manager, Sales and Exhibitor Relations Coordinator determine the need for screenings and/or trailers and where they will be most effective. Recommend (to the EVP Sales for final approval) trailer placement to particular theatres based on knowledge of a particular film, the target audience, demographics of the region and competition present in that market.
Re-negotiate terms with exhibitors should the film not do as well as expected in order to maintain strong client relationships and maximize future sales potential.
Create sales strategies for repertory product along with Manager, Non-Theatrical Sales (SPC holds film distribution licenses for 15 yrs on all releases). Maximize potential sales revenue by creatively targeting older films in new, innovative ways.
Director, Sales is also responsible for the day-to-day management and performance for three direct reports: Manager, Sales, Exhibitor Relations Coordinator, Sales Coordinator. This includes assignment and prioritization of workload; approval of requests for vacation; staff development; resolution of staff performance issues and disciplinary action; writing and delivering annual performance appraisals, as well as sales related strategy and issues
When EVP, Sales is not available write Weekend Box Office Report and to others within the Company. Report weekend grosses to the trades.

This position ensures that campaigns run smoothly by executing tasks and collaborating with internal and external partners. This position reports to the Director CRM. This position is based in New York, NY and is a 1-year project-based role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manages email campaign deployments in partnership with our Email Services Provider (ESP)
+ Ensures campaign requests are running smoothly between brand teams and vendor partners
+ Verifies campaigns are launched on time and all assets are accurate from creative team
+ Acts as primary point of contact for brand teams and media planning teams who have questions about email options, possibilities, capacity, and campaign calendar planning
+ Collaborates with media team to integrate digital and CRM strategies to be as coordinated as possible in marketing lifecycle programs, and ensure fan value is fully leveraged
+ Assists in development and project management of all CRM multi-channel messaging

**A little bit about our team:**
The Corporate Finance Department at WMG is responsible for overseeing all of the financial operations of the Company in partnership with the labels and individual companies within WMG. The department provides financial reporting, accounting, planning, budgeting and financial compliance and auditing for the Company.
**Your role:**
The Director of Corporate FP&A Technology is a strategic partner to the global technology organization (leadership is NY based) and is responsible for overseeing the development of annual budgets and forecast updates in partnership with technology leadership team, developing project budgets and tracking spend and analyzing variance to forecast and budget. This role will also be responsible for the cost benefit analysis of tech project investments and assist with acquiring approval and ensure successful delivery of projects on budget. This finance lead will actively handle costs by challenging spend requests and identify other opportunities to reduce spend.

+ Be a strategic finance partner to the global technology leadership team
+ Lead all aspects of in the preparation and review of Global Technology's annual operating budget and monthly forecast packages, providing analysis of variances v. budget, prior forecast and prior year;

Job Description
The Programmatic Ad Operations team within Business Operations & Services is a close-knit, fast-paced team tasked with executing all programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals domestically and globally. We are currently seeking a Programmatic Digital Specialist to support the team with deal health monitoring, pacing and reporting for campaigns across the NBCU and Peacock Programmatic portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Programmatic Deal Health Operations, the person in this role will:
* Pull campaign delivery data on a daily basis and calculate the Pacing % for all active PG and Upfront PMP deals to be shared with key stakeholders.
* Conduct a detailed analysis of any under-performing deals and identify errors that need to be corrected or optimizations that need to be added in order for the placement to deliver on schedule.
* Escalate any issues to Ops, Planning or Freewheel as required in order to correct any errors due to creatives, audience segments or bid level errors.
* Build professional relationships with internal and external customers.
* Collaborate with other teams in the Programmatic umbrella, such as planning, sales and analytics to meet customer needs.
* Gather campaign delivery data on a weekly and monthly basis via internal reporting tools to limit revenue at risk.
* Complete custom reporting requests for clients and internal troubleshooting purposes
* Assist troubleshooting manager.
* Provide QA support for Programmatic deals scheduled to go live and ensure they have been set up correctly.
* Handle any ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Skills:
* 1+ years of digital experience or relevant internship work in programmatic operations, media planning or client service role preferred

* Understanding of the Programmatic Landscape

Sony Pictures Classics is seeking a Director of Sales reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the Sales function across the U.S., ensuring all titles are booked in all markets. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Strategize with Manager, Sales, EVP Sales and Co-Presidents on how to optimize sales revenue for a new release. This requires knowledge of the independent film product & industry, it's target audience & demographics, competition and recent and/or anticipated market trends.
* Based on knowledge of the salability of the film, the Director must establish a targeted scope of distribution so as to maximize potential sales revenue. For example, should projected salability not be very high for a particular film, it is the Director's responsibility to recognize this and adopt a "hit and run" sales strategy, meaning secure a high number of screening for a short window of time.
* Engage in sales negotiations with theatre exhibitors, which involves setting the terms and conditions (ideally at the high end of established industry-wide parameters), for licensing each particular film to theatre circuits/owners.
* Along with Manager, Sales and Exhibitor Relations Coordinator determine the need for screenings and/or trailers and where they will be most effective. Recommend (to the EVP Sales for final approval) trailer placement to particular theatres based on knowledge of a particular film, the target audience, demographics of the region and competition present in that market.
* Re-negotiate terms with exhibitors should the film not do as well as expected in order to maintain strong client relationships and maximize future sales potential.
* Create sales strategies for repertory product along with Manager, Non-Theatrical Sales (SPC holds film distribution licenses for 15 yrs on all releases). Maximize potential sales revenue by creatively targeting older films in new, innovative ways.
* Director, Sales is also responsible for the day-to-day management and performance for three direct reports: Manager, Sales, Exhibitor Relations Coordinator, Sales Coordinator. This includes assignment and prioritization of workload; approval of requests for vacation; staff development; resolution of staff performance issues and disciplinary action; writing and delivering annual performance appraisals, as well as sales related strategy and issues
* When EVP, Sales is not available write Weekend Box Office Report and to others within the Company. Report weekend grosses to the trades.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Education:
* 12-15 years theatrical sales experience required.
Skills & Competencies:
* Extensive experience in film distribution and dealing with exhibitors
