Role Summary
The Commercial Account Manager will drive both inbound and outbound sales for small to medium-sized businesses (0-250 users), focusing on New Logo (NNL) acquisition and Upsell (CUT) opportunities. This role involves executing sales strategies such as territory planning, pipeline management, account mapping, and partner development, while leveraging technical expertise to deliver impactful presentations, close deals, and foster growth.
What You Will Do
* Selling NNL (New Logo) / CUT (Upsell) Business
* Deliver clear, compelling presentations about Sophos' portfolio to both end users & partners.
* Provide a high-level presentation of Sophos Central, emphasizing key features and benefits.
* Achieve strong win rates in both New Logo and Upsell opportunities by successfully driving deals to closure.
* Generate new outbound opportunities through tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.

* Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline, utilizing MEDDPICC and BANT.
* Regularly update and manage the pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and a steady flow of opportunities.
* Forecasting
* Proactively manage and forecast pipeline performance by developing clear, actionable gap plans to address discrepancies and ensure targets are met.
* Regularly assess the sales pipeline, adjusting forecasts based on real-time data, emerging opportunities, and market conditions.
* Leverage historical trends and current performance metrics to accurately project revenue and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
* Maintain close alignment with sales leadership to ensure forecast accuracy and transparent communication of potential risks or opportunities.

What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in New Logo (NNL) acquisition:
* A track record of successfully identifying, prospecting, and closing new business with small and medium-sized businesses (0-250 users).
* Experience in using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator to generate leads, build a pipeline, and close new customer accounts.
* Strong ability to execute outbound strategies to expand the customer base and achieve New Logo sales goals.

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $67,900 to $112,700. In addition to the base salary, there's a component for target sales commissions alongside a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Contribute to territory assignment planning, headcount modeling, and capacity tracking in collaboration with Sales Ops and GTM leadership.
+ Own the structure, governance, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM configuration and object model to ensure data structures, fields, and workflows support accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales execution.
**Process Optimization & Systems Alignment**
+ Identify, document, and improve key sales workflows, policies, and rules of engagement.
+ Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Business Systems to improve CRM data quality and pipeline accuracy.
+ Drive data cleansing initiatives and maintain documentation for critical sales operations procedures.
+ Administer and enhance planning workflows in Pigment, partnering with GTM leadership for scenario planning and modeling
**Strategic Planning & Project Support**
+ Support annual GTM and territory planning cycles, including modeling for quota, segmentation, and headcount capacity.
+ Provide operational and analytical support for long-range planning, budget cycles, and sales strategy alignment.
+ Lead or co-lead cross-functional initiatives focused on sales process transformation, planning automation, and performance optimization.
+ Develop and present actionable insights from ad hoc analyses to support GTM decisions, investment trade-offs, and territory performance.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in technical field or finance required.
+ 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or FP&A supporting large sales organizations (1K+ people); experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is a strong plus.
+ Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pigment, or Anaplan Planning Tools; Power BI or SQL experience is a strong plus.
+ Experience working with Clari for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
+ Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data visualization techniques. Expected Excel proficiencies: pivot tables, nested logic, advanced formulas, lookups, etc.
+ Demonstrated success supporting global sales teams, including both direct and indirect channels.
+ Highly collaborative with strong communication and project management skills.
+ Proven ability to drive process improvements and scalable operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Developing joint strategic global plans with Microsoft, Google, other Cloud ISVs, sales, and channels.
