Rishi Kapoor is Investcorp’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the Firm’s Private Equity businesses in North America and India, as well as the Real Estate, Credit Management, Absolute Returns and Strategic Capital businesses globally. Prior to his appointment as Co-CEO, Rishi had held several leadership positions within Investcorp including as Chief Financial Officer between 2003 and 2015. He joined Investcorp from Citigroup in 1992. Rishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Rishi is a member of Duke University’s Middle East regional advisory board. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for National Bank of Bahrain, Gulf Air Group, Bahrain Airport Company and Gulf Aviation Academy. In 2019, Rishi was recognized by Forbes Middle East as one of the top 10 Indian executives making an impact in the Middle East, and Top CEO Middle East recognized Rishi as one of the top CEOs in the GCC financial services and investment sector.

Dipanjan Deb has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2015. Mr. Deb is a founder of Francisco Partners and has served as the Managing Partner/Chief Executive Officer of Francisco Partners since September 2005. Mr. Deb has also served as a Partner of Francisco Partners since its founding in August 1999. Prior to founding Francisco Partners, Mr. Deb was a principal at TPG Capital, a private equity firm, a Director of Semiconductor Banking at Robertson, Stephens & Company and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Deb has served on the board of directors of numerous public companies including most recently Ichor Systems, Inc. from February 2012 to May 2018, and currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Deb holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. We believe that Mr. Deb is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his experience in the private equity and venture capital industries analyzing, investing in and serving on the boards of directors of manufacturing and technology companies.

Marc B. Wolpow is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Audax Group. Along with his business partner, Geoff Rehnert, Mr. Wolpow manages the firm, chairs the firm’s investment committee, and has overseen all phases of Audax Group’s development since its founding in 1999. Prior to co-founding Audax Group, Mr. Wolpow was a General Partner and Managing Director of Bain Capital, where he focused on middle market private equity opportunities, took shared responsibility for Bain Capital’s mezzanine fund, and co-founded the firm’s structured debt business, Bain Capital Credit. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 1990, Mr. Wolpow worked as a leveraged finance professional at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Wolpow received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
