Consistent hours and pay, easy to schedule time off. Management is almost always understanding.
Little room for growth. Long-time employees ARE NOT appreciated like they should be. Under-paid. Hires a lot of disabled folks to work for disabled folks, for scraps, which makes no sense in the grand scheme of things.
