As a Sorter, you will be critical in ensuring items meet quality standards by efficiently sorting and categorizing products as they through processing to preparation for the retail floor. Roles and Responsibilities Transferring bags and boxes from the cart to the table Sort soft goods (e.g., clothing, bedding) and hard goods (e.g., toys, household items) into designated bins. Quickly identify and separate sellable, unsellable items, and items for recycling, including those with bodily fluids or excessive wear within a time standard. Place sorted items in proper areas, ensuring efficient workflow. Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth transitions between workstations. We are looking for detail-oriented team members to join our sorting operations. As a Sorter, you will be critical in ensuring items meet quality standards by efficiently sorting and categorizing products as they through processing to preparation for the retail floor.
