Overview
SOSi is actively seeking qualified, professional, and experienced healthcare interpreters. Our job is to provide in person, over the phone, and video remote interpretation (VRI) interpretation services for scheduled and on-demand service requests within the state of Washington, and bordering zip codes. The government contractor requires interpretation services for injured workers and crime victims during medical and vocational appointments. All languages are encouraged to apply across the country.
Essential Job Duties
+ Provides scheduled and on-demand in-person, over-the-phone, and VRI consecutive interpretation between Multiple Languages and English and vice versa between medical/vocational providers and injured workers and crime victims with low English proficiency as required.
**Qualifications**

**Purpose**
Assist in management of MEP division, including directing the technical production functions and all personnel decisions.
**Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Direction**
+ Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.

+ Understand customer needs and assist in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements and provide opportunities.
+ Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people at various client organizations and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for the business.
+ Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the organization to develop capability in areas to give us strategic leverage for future projects.

+ Assist in hiring, training, retaining and developing MEP engineering staff and department management.

**Purpose**
Efficiently execute various levels of drafting and analysis utility and commercial scale PV design projects with a team of engineers and various project stakeholders.

+ Occasionally provide estimates of time to perform tasks.
+ Apply broad knowledge of engineering principles and procedures. .

+ Conduct field observations visits to accurately document the existing field conditions.
+ Organize/prioritize multiple tasks to complete the design in a sequential efficient manner.
+ Complete electrical calculations under the supervision of Sr. Design engineers.
+ Accurately produce the project construction documents to meet milestone schedules within a predetermined hourly budget.
+ Attend coordination and design meetings, as needed.
+ Address comments from clients, AHJ's & other review authorities; adjust designs accordingly under the supervision of Sr. Design Engineer.
+ If directed, review all project related construction administrative items (shop drawings, RFI's, construction submittals).
+ Work within established project budgets.
+ Possess and continue to develop a working knowledge of all codes applicable to the discipline.
+ Possess and continue to develop a working knowledge of AutoCAD software.

**Job Description**
Overview
SOSi is seeking a Senior level Nuclear Engineer (Scientific Support). to be part of a unique, multi-discipline team assisting partners to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance government efforts against current and emerging threats, and counterproliferation efforts.
Essential Job Duties
+ In this role, you will support defense analytic requirements with enhanced scientific and engineering research, as well as reverse engineering analysis.
+ You will also conduct facility and vulnerability assessments on foreign nuclear capabilities.
+ Develop innovative analytic and collection concepts across directorate mission areas, support assessment of new technologies techniques, methods, conduct multi-Intelligence integration, and plan programming budgeting.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements
+ BA degree in relevant field.
+ 8 years of experience supporting defense analytic requirements with nuclear engineering research.
+ In lieu of BA degree, 12+ years of experience supporting defense analytic requirements with nuclear engineering research in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support.
+ Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
+ Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
+ Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
+ Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
+ Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
+ Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
+ Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Preferred Qualifications
+ TS/SCI with a current CI Poly
+ Knowledge of nuclear sub-disciplines like thermos-hydraulics, seismic events, physics, computational science, or fission reactor engineering.
+ Bachelor's degree in physics, engineering, engineering technologies, or a physical science field.
