Overview
SOSi is actively seeking qualified, professional, and experienced Samoan interpreters. Our job is to provide over the phone interpretation services on a continuous basis (24/7/365) to support its disaster and other designated humanitarian/special campaigns during normal steady state of activity and surge call volume spikes during disaster situations and humanitarian/special campaign efforts.
Essential Job Duties
+ Provides over-the-phone consecutive interpretation between Multiple Languages and English and vice versa between Government representatives and low English proficiency individuals as required.
+ Performs sight translation, occurring when an interpreter is given a written document in one language and asked to read it aloud in another language.
+ Provides quality control review of translated documents as required.
+ Performs other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements
+ Possess one (1) year of training, education, and/or related experience in interpretation.
+ Highly proficient in both English and Target Language, ILR scale of 2+.
+ Ability to speak English and Target Language fluently, including high to low levels of language register, regional colloquialisms, and slang expressions, and do so with clear and intelligible pronunciation.
+ Ability to preserve the tone and emotional level of the speaker, as well as manage the delivery, speed, and length of the statement (projection, pace and pausing) of the speaker.
+ Ability to maintain appropriate speed and projection while rendering interpretation, and request and incorporate clarification of speaker's statements only when justified.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience providing interpretation for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster and/or humanitarian relief efforts.

SOSi is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to participate in our DOD SkillBridge program and work at our corporate office in Reston, VA. In this role, the DOD SkillBridge Intern will work within our procurement team, assisting in the full lifecycle support of all Subcontract-related activities across SOSi's federal, state, and international government, as well as commercial, business activities. Essential Job Duties
As a SkillBridge Participant, you will take part in:
+ Drafting, negotiating, and administering Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs) and related modifications, reps & certs, and other supporting documentation.
+ Creating solicitations, supporting proposals, conducting price analysis, negotiating pricing, terms, and other agreement provisions.
+ Developing and administering purchase orders and other agreements of lower dollar value, risk, and complexity, consistent with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures.
+ Participating in multifunctional teams to discuss subcontracting requirements and answer any questions concerning agreement and/or purchase order awards that will facilitate the completion of all required backup documents to initiate and execute a subcontract.
+ Assisting Sr. Subcontracts personnel in the creation and maintenance of compliant subcontract files with all required backup documentation.

Minimum Requirements

+ **Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Contract Administration, and/or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in purchasing or subcontract administration in support of U.S. government and/or Commercial Contracts.
+ Experience in developing solicitations, qualifying and selecting subcontractors (including performance of price analysis).
+ Ability to draft, review, negotiate, and administer Non-Disclosure, Teaming, and all agreements necessary for procurement of services and ODCs.
+ Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting and subcontract types: Working knowledge of standard concepts, rules, regulations, and practices relating to U.S. Government contracting, including FAR, DFARS, Contractor Purchasing System review (CPSR) requirements, Procurement Integrity, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, import/export regulations, and domestic and international shipping requirements.
+ Knowledge of supply chain processes from requirements generation through closeout.
+ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communications skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion.
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite tools, especially: Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word,
+ Knowledge of ERP systems or similar applications.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance is preferred.

Position summary
The Client Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing relationships between Nava and its clients in the New Jersey State and Local Government. The incumbent analyzes market trends, identifies opportunities for growth, and develops plans to capitalize on the opportunities identified. They lead cross functional teams in delivering client solutions, providing training as needed on business development processes, and use tracking metrics to monitor and report on pipeline health and market position. What you'll do
Building strategic pipelines and capture plans for targeted opportunities in the State of New Jersey
Gather preliminary non-public client/program intelligence
Develop overall capture strategy (solution, past performance, pricing, client insight, teaming strategy)
Identify competitive pricing range, and drive pricing approach until competitive
Finalize teaming and prime/sub business deal terms including who the team is, what role they play, acceptable rates, and workshare
Working closely with the Proposal Manager and cross-functional teams to develop compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals
Conducting competitive assessments of competitor's bids and pricing
Reviewing and analyzing proposal sections to ensure win themes, discriminators, and customer requirements are effectively addressed
Identifying teaming partners and developing a pricing framework for the bid that align with technical approaches and customer expectations
Attending one on one meetings with the contracts department to ensure language and contractual documents are correct

Required skills
Experience leading subject matter experts through end-to-end government contracting, from developing client insight to long lead preparation to supporting strategic opportunities, to galvanizing a bid team, to proposal writing and management, to pricing strategy to post-award protest and analysis
10+ years developing solutions for the State of New Jersey, including organizing and developing proposal responses and pricing strategy
A deep understanding of New Jersey government and how they buy services and technology, including state budgets / funding and upcoming new or re-competed work
Proven ability to reach and influence decision makers in the state government, including external consultants
Experience with agile software development on large government programs and complex transformation/modernization efforts

Position summary
The People Strategy Specialist supports the effective delivery of key People Operations programs that enhance performance management, employee experience, professional development, team health, and overall organizational effectiveness at Nava. Maintain program tracking, communications, and policy documents in Eden and Sage.
Coordinate communications for engagement, pulse, onboarding, and exit surveys (Slack and Qualtrics) and support on logistics.
Pull data and assist with cleaning and maintenance, distribute dashboards, and support system reminders.
Track participation and support continuous improvement of employee experience and listening programs.

Working with program management to understand project staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly (reviewing financial and contractual constraints, understanding the skill sets needed, etc)
Maintaining accurate records of staffing cliffs, current allocations, open roles, and staffing progress on those roles.
Collaborating with Delivery Operations counterpart to assist with managing Nava's bench operations
Proactively spotting forecasted bench time for staff and work with the practice leads to ensure teammates are identified for upcoming opportunities
Implementation and documentation of new Staffing Management tools, infrastructure, and processes to improve the Staffing lifecycle
Communicating with external teaming partners and Protegee companies about staffing opportunities, and maintaining external-view records
Identifying hard-to-fill project roles and taking proactive actions to fill these roles in a timely manner, oftentimes working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and other internal programs
Supporting practices (Project, Engineering, Product, Design, Program), Business Development, and People Operations in staffing decisions as needed
Creating and presenting reports on Staffing for upper management
Ensuring all Nava employees assigned to roles are compliant with relevant contract requirements and that all projects have contract leads assigned
Performing compliance checks and Authority to Hire (ATH) activities for all hired and subcontracted staff Ensuring all employee “Skills” data is kept accurate in the staffing system of record
Performing administrative and clerical tasks to support Nava's staffing, such as entering staffing metrics into the company tracking systems and sending out surveys on a regular cadence

Experience working in staffing or operations roles at a professional services organization

**Purpose**

**Do the Work**
+ Produce drawings using computer aided design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

+ Create and document concepts, sketches, models, layouts, submittals, instructions, and complete production packages. Create and maintain completed 3-D engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.

+ Perform moderate design tasks and prepare portions of project documents.
