Pros of working at Sound

The work is extremely important

Cons of working at Sound

Community mental health does not receive enough funding to employ people at a living wage. There is a global mental health crisis occurring right now as a result of COVID and working in mental health at an organization that was losing 30-40 employees a month is a really tough thing.
