A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model. This position will be responsible for providing or assisting residents in accessing support services, community integration, life skill training, housing maintenance, entitlement assistance, transportation, and other needed services and supporting their efforts toward recovery. The incumbent will also work collaboratively with the mental health treatment provider to provide services that incorporate recovery principles to support clients in their ability to live, work, and contribute to their community. Location: 4242 Auburn Way N Auburn, Washington 98002 United States Schedule: On-Call for various shifts (Morning shift: 7am-3:30pm, Swing shift: 2pm-10:30pm, Overnight shift: 10:00 PM- 8:30 AM) Accepting Applications until December 17th, 2025! Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide residential care services including: assist residents in developing independent living skills and personal care needs, including personal and environmental hygiene. Frequent prompting may be necessary for bathing, grooming, changing clothes, and maintaining clean environment; teach problem-solving, goal-setting, social skills and communication skills; provide discharge planning services, matching the resident with community resources; transport residents, as necessary, in company vehicle; Provide crisis intervention services as necessary; Assist residents to remain stable in the community, thereby reducing the use of hospitals or involuntary treatment services; Inquire about medication regimes and treatment compliance; Monitor utilization of services and the success of outcome measures. Maintains resident records in keeping with agency, county and state guidelines. Adheres to the policies and procedures of the agency. Attends professional conferences and workshops as appropriate to responsibilities of the Job and program needs as designed by the Residential Director. Monitors day-to-day resident progress; intervenes in crisis situations with individual residents when necessary; keeps mental health center treatment providers informed of observed needs and status of residents. Perform basic office duties, be a presence at the front desk, and be available to address resident concerns during their office hours. Perform light maintenance in the common areas (e.g., cleaning up spills, maintaining general cleanliness, etc.). Work with facilities to coordinate work orders from residents, and communicate concerns or other resident communications to other team members and program supervisor. Relate to others in a professional manner, respectful of individual and cultural differences. Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. KEY WORK RELATIONSHIPS Establishes and maintains positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with clinical team members, residents, and outside organizations. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. AA/AS in Behavioral Sciences preferred. No experience required if the educational level is AA or above. Minimum 2 years' experience in human services or with special needs population required, if the educational level is high school or GED. KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS Strong commitment to working with individuals with a mental illness/personal care need. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.     Opportunities Abound at SOUND SOUND Behavioral Health is growing and welcoming an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Tukwila, WA! SOUND is one of King County's most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area's most vulnerable populations. The IT Infrastructure Engineer performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance infrastructure technologies utilized by the organization. The Engineer serves as an escalation point to our Service Desk Tier I team. Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Location: In office at our Tukwila office (6400 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188). Applications will be accepted until January 20. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES Provides escalated Tier 2 support for more advanced system problems. When necessary, provides IT support services to end-users with a focus on helping them achieve positive business results. Proactively identifies, resolves problems, and researches answers and provides resources to other IT team members and end-users. Maintains and supports the virtual server environment: VMWare, Hyper-V. Supports and maintains identity management products. Builds software images for office workstations, desktops, and laptops. Administers Active Directory and facilitates Group Policy management. Supports VMware Horizon VDI and Microsoft Remote Desktop, as well as VPN remote access capability. Travels to different Sound locations to troubleshoot, deliver, and set up servers and networking equipment. SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS Provides content expert assistance to the Technology Department. Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned. KEY WORK RELATIONSHIPS Works collaboratively with the Technology Support Team Project Leads. It requires the team member to demonstrate strong competency and exemplary trustworthiness to Sound supervisory and line team members throughout all departments of the company daily. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Strong and diverse knowledge base and proven experience in multiple areas of Information Technology. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing). Excellent logic and ability to define and creatively problem-solve complex situations. Broad awareness of enterprise information systems technologies. Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and network gear. Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and procedures. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A minimum of five years of advanced technical support is required. Proven customer or client service experience. Demonstrable skills with Windows operating systems. Experience supporting and administering Microsoft SCCM and Intune Proven experience in Microsoft Active Directory environments. VMware ESX Experience required. Knowledgeable on SSO, SAML, MFA, and Okta Experience in the following technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, IP routing, Ethernet LANs, Network Printing. Experience supporting mobile device management products. Experience utilizing industry best practices and products to address risks and situations found in modern computing environments. College degree in a related field preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, but not required. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record required to provide occasional support to various locations. Must pass a criminal background check. PHYSICAL DEMANDS To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for four or more hours a day, and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for four or more hours per day. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend and move computer equipment. Individuals must be able to engage team members over the phone and in-person by voice.
