Responsibilities:
1. Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a diverse pool of top talent for the organization while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, co-workers, candidates, and the community.
2. Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles/responsibilities and control the hiring process.
3. Prepares candidates for interviews with hiring managers by providing information on the hospital, business strategy, department background, job description, and expectations.
4. Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all applicants, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure accurate reporting of employment activities and successful outcomes of audits.
5. Participates in departmental activities including performance and process improvement.

Higharc is growing and so is our Recruiting team! In order to resource properly as we continue to scale in a very exciting 2026, we are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer. We are open to this role becoming contract-to-hire, but we expect the initial engagement to be 3-4 months.
What You'll Do
This Sourcer will focus on building top-of-funnel for roles across the organization, primarily in our Software Engineering org.
Expect to:
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for Software Engineering and Product roles through proactive sourcing
Use a dedicated LinkedIn Recruiter seat (and other channels) to identify, engage, and convert qualified prospects
Develop targeted search strategies and iterate quickly based on response/quality
Run initial screens to assess motivation, key competencies, and baseline technical/product fit
Deliver high-quality candidate write-ups and recommended next steps to the in-house recruiter/hiring team
Partner with the in-house recruiter/hiring team on intake calibration
Flag market feedback / comp friction / recurring candidate objections to help improve closing strategy and reduce agency reliance.
About You
You're a recruiting matchmaker who excels at quickly and deeply understanding a role and finding a perfect fit for it. You adapt quickly, source creatively, and build rapport easily.
You have:
3+ years in recruiting sourcing
Success sourcing technical roles in fast-paced start up environments
Evidence of consistent pipeline generation: healthy response rates, pass through rates, etc
Experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
A major plus if you also bring:

Position Summary

What You'll Do
Fully own 1+ requisition(s) end-to-end: open roles in Ashby, post jobs, run intake meetings, and manage Slack coordination
Act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and the sourcing team to keep searches aligned and moving
Conduct ~20-25 structured recruiter screens per week across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations roles
