This role blends recruiting, relationship building, sales, and coordination. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. This role will consist of reviewing applicants who apply to join our team + call other agents and talk to them about their business and see if we might be a good fit for them. We focus on bringing VALUE and not sell them anything. If it's a fit - great. If not, totally fine as well!
Your primary mission:
Bring in quality, motivated agents who want to succeed long term and really take their business to the next level. We are not interested in warm bodies. We are looking for agents who are hungry and want to have amazing careers in real estate. Your goal would be to interview and bring on both new and experienced agents.
This role is commission only and offers one of the most competitive override structures in the industry for high performers.
Core Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Outreach (30-40% of your time)
Combination of reviewing applications that we get from various job boards & letters to new agents along with making calls to agents in the market
Conduct daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, social media, and LinkedIn
Manage Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
Re-engage past applicants and leads in our CRM
Build warm pipelines and stay in communication with prospects

Screening & Qualification (30-40% of your time)

Agent that finished our playbook (Typically takes them 1-2 months) = $500 per agent
+ You would receive an override on all the agents commission that you recruited:
Agent's Year 1: You would receive 5% of their Gross Commission
Agent's Year 2: You would receive 4% of their Gross Commission
Agent's Year 3: You would receive 3% of their Gross Commission
Agent's Year 4: You would receive 2% of their Gross Commission
Agent's Year 5 and on: You would receive 1% of their Gross Commission (lifetime override while employed)
Top recruiters can earn six figures in overrides. We have the plan and ability to take you to $200k-300k over time if not more!

About the Role
As a Senior Talent Recruiter at Solace, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and/or Operations. You'll run high-priority searches end-to-end, conduct structured screens, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive candidates from first conversation through offer acceptance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, communicates with clarity, and takes pride in tight execution and exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do
Fully own 1+ requisition(s) end-to-end: open roles in Ashby, post jobs, run intake meetings, and manage Slack coordination
Act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and the sourcing team to keep searches aligned and moving
Conduct ~20-25 structured recruiter screens per week across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations roles
Coordinate onsite interviews, manage reschedules, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Pull data from Ashby to diagnose funnel gaps and build clear action plans with hiring managers
Maintain organized candidate pipelines with timely communication and accurate tracking
Own offer negotiations and extensions, prepare and send offer letters, and guide candidates through close
Partner cross-functionally with People Ops and hiring teams to continually refine processes as we scale
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
Experience hiring for Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and/or Operations roles
Strong ability to manage multiple searches with deep ownership and minimal guidance
Skilled in running structured screens and presenting candidates with clear, concise summaries
Comfortable using ATS reporting (Ashby preferred) to assess pipeline health and create action plans
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at driving alignment across teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage candidate relationships with speed and care
High sense of urgency, strong judgment, and a bias for execution

Qualification/Experience:
PPC/SEM, Customer Success Manager:
Experience in managing Google Ads/search accounts for clients
A good understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, PPC, including the Search ecosystem
Experience in client-facing roles, with strong stakeholder skills up to CxO level
SaaS background is a plus
Strong analytical skills
