Job Responsibilities:
Support the Child Care team to coordinate and implement educational curriculum
Lead the Child Care team through ongoing feedback, fostering team development, and maintaining program expectations and standards
Encourage teaching success through coaching and providing development opportunities
Oversee all aspects of the operation; including retail and recurring guest programs
Oversee personnel management; including payroll, performance appraisals, disciplinary issues, and adherence to company policies and licensing guidelines
Financial responsibilities: monitoring and achieving financial performance, tracking revenues, and manage expenses including both labor and operating costs.
Identify and apply for relevant state and federal grants
Regular communication with the Skier Services Director on staff and business performance
Maintain frequent communications with parents and families
Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children
Maintain accurate records, forms and files.
Effectively manage billing, paperwork, payroll, enrollment, subsidy, and other administrative duties
Maintain compliance with all licensing, public health, and vail resorts child care policies.

Job Requirements:
Required:
Currently has or can attain, Vermont Step I Directors Credential (or equivalent)
Meets (or can meet) minimum Vermont DCF qualifications for Program Directors
At least 21 Years of Age
Qualified in Vermont as a teachers associate (or higher)
Group child care experience, background in guest services and business
3 years of experience managing staff and operations at the supervisory level
Proficient with managing labor and expense budgets
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Fluent English
Must be capable and comfortable stepping into a classroom to care for children ages 2 months to 6 years, including diapers
Ability to follow all procedures and guidelines as outlined in the staff manual and employee handbook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Must clear full background check

The expected pay range is $46,000.00 - $62,000.00 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Summary:
The Central Scheduler is responsible for managing and coordinating nursing and Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) schedules across the Medical/Surgical Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and the Ray of Hope Geriatric Psychiatric Unit. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe staffing levels, responding to call-outs, and working collaboratively with department directors to ensure smooth, uninterrupted patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate staff schedules for multiple clinical units including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Ray of Hope.
Ensure each shift is properly staffed according to the hospital's staffing matrix and guidelines.
Input and maintain accurate scheduling records in UKG (or other scheduling platforms).
Monitor performance management alerts for call-outs, tardiness, and attendance issues.
Document all staffing call-outs and report as required.
Work closely with department directors to resolve staffing shortages and coordinate coverage.
Maintain an up-to-date list of required float staff and manage float rotation assignments.
