A lot of professional development opportunities, free trainings, great experience
In my experience, they do not pay well, and do not value employees (put too much emphasis on recruiting new instead of retaining people) which is why I left!
Very few, pretty embarrassing compared to my peers’ jobs! They used to give out employee of the month gift cards but then stopped.
The middle management was fine but the higher up you go, the more you are simply a number
This company pushed back against a LAW that called for mandatory sick time; they responded by raising productivity requirements for employees so… a lot to be said there
Barely did they will hire anyone
I don’t know but I make much more at private practice
One of south bays strong areas I’d say
My coworkers
