A lot of professional development opportunities, free trainings, great experience

Cons of working at South Bay Mental Health Center

In my experience, they do not pay well, and do not value employees (put too much emphasis on recruiting new instead of retaining people) which is why I left!

Very few, pretty embarrassing compared to my peers’ jobs! They used to give out employee of the month gift cards but then stopped.

The middle management was fine but the higher up you go, the more you are simply a number

This company pushed back against a LAW that called for mandatory sick time; they responded by raising productivity requirements for employees so… a lot to be said there
