Intake Specialist Job Overview:
The Intake Specialist plays a vital role in IHC's mission and goals by ensuring that all client income documentation, front-office paperwork, charts, and billing are handled efficiently. The Intake Specialist works closely with other front office staff to provide excellent customer service to clients over the phone and in the lobby.
