Working Conditions:
The Direct Support Professional is subject to flexible hours, including split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights, depending on coverage needs of the site and the company. This position may be expected to cover other sites.
This position will travel regularly into the community and work in a variety of settings both inside and outside the site and throughout the community. The Direct Support Professional is subject to frequent interruptions and imposed deadlines. This person sits, walks, bends, lifts, reaches, and moves intermittently during working hours.
This person is subject to frequent problem-solving activities and has regular contact with individuals, family members, friends, and the general public, who may be hostile or emotionally upset. The position may be subject to physically aggressive individuals and may be exposed to infectious diseases, odor, and dust.

Job summary: Assist the special education teacher in the operation and function of the classroom, and to work with individual or small groups of students as directed by and under the supervision of the special education teacher. Depending on program needs, management reserves the right to make changes in your assignment. Assist the classroom teacher with instructional tasks, working directly and indirectly with K-5 students. These tasks will constitute the major portion of the Educational Support Professional time. Includes breakfast supervision as well as lunch/recess.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Assist in the implementation of the students' special education instructional plan(s) including physical and behavioral management. Specific duties are assigned by the supervising teacher based on students' special needs.
Assist in the implementation and follow through of the students' individual plans in all settings in which the program is delivered and as assigned by the supervising teacher.
Collect observational data about assigned student(s) in various school settings and report to supervising teacher.
Assist in the preparation, collection and maintenance of educational materials and equipment.
Assist staffings, conferences and any other special meetings as requested by supervising teacher.
Complete educational forms, reports and other student related data relevant to the individual student(s) in the special education program as directed by the special education teacher.
Any other duties deemed necessary by the team and approved by the Special Education Coordinator/Special Education Supervisor.
Participation in district training program prior to and during employment.
Assist with breakfast, as well as, lunch and/or recess supervision
Assist in general classroom operational procedures such as setting up and operating audiovisual equipment, setting up physical education equipment, preparing and setting up art supplies.
Work directly with students individually or in small groups on academic and motor or social skills, e.g., math, science, English, color recognition, decision making, self-esteem building, etc.
Assist students and teachers in large group activities/projects such as art, physical education, dramatics.
Seek out special instructional materials to assist with students having particular learning problems, e.g., separate math skill worksheet, not a part of teacher's curriculum.
Type worksheets, tests, or various instructional material; duplicate and assemble.
Correct tests via computer. Record results in grade books.
Perform other duties as assigned by principal or designee.
Minimum qualifications include:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Applicants must be considered Highly Qualified (HQ) to work as a special education paraprofessional by their start date per the Minnesota Department of Education.

Ensures the safety of the youth at all times.

Overseer Board
While the ECEFC is congregational in its form in the sense that all leaders are accountable to the

A member may not be elected for more than two three-year consecutive terms and must not be a board member for at least one year before being eligible again. The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. Communicate with field technicians and customers to determine commissioning status, such as Work completed, hours delayed, etc.
Coordinate all aspects of project/site readiness, including Return Material Authorizations, equipment delivery, site preparation, equipment configuration, factory acceptance testing, and startup activities such as checklists and pre-startup meetings with field technicians.
Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
ERP project oversight. Updating ship dates, ensuring project tasks are assigned and completed to allow the project to be billed.

**Responsibilities**
Provides work direction, education, orientation, training, and operational problem solving within the assigned work unit on a day to day basis. Assist with developing and maintaining a customer-focused and efficient work unit that supports mail and material delivery; and telephone operations and other areas as assigned. Work units could be staffed up to 24-hours a day, seven-days a week at multiple sites. Communicates department policies and procedures and interprets departmental and institutional policies to staff. Assists in current technology that supports the maintenance and growth of progressive and efficiently organized work units. Must be flexible to respond to changing priorities and handle changing workflow. Serves as a professional example and team leader to staff members working all shifts. Responsible for the development and management of productivity statistics to support staffing and works collaboratively with supervisor in expense management of work unit. Employs and promotes the use of quality management tools to ensure continuous improvement of systems, customer service and operations of work unit. Must be flexible to help at other locations across SWMN if needed.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with minimum of two years leadership experience as an assistant supervisor or work unit lead preferably in a medical center environment. Or, High school diploma and four years leadership experience as an assistant supervisor or work unit lead, preferably in a medical center environment. Must be able to demonstrate strong customer service, team building, and leadership skills, supervise daily operations, and must be able to work independently without direct supervision. The ability to interact professionally with patients, guests and staff is a must. The position also requires strong spoken and written communication skills, problem solving skills, decisiveness, and the ability to cope with ambiguous situations.
