Access to training and ability to care for those in need

Cons of working at SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH

Deputies making decisions based on personalities, power hunger, spite and glee in seeing peers demoted vs. making sound, patient driven, decisions of integrity. It is unsafe, hostile environment under current deputies.
