Responsibilities:
Traveling Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team.

Qualifications:
We expect you to have:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure

As a traveling dentist you agree to travel to all Benevis/Creston Dental offices. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed as outlined below. However, your weekly expenses (excluding flight and mileage) should not exceed $1,000. While initially you will be responsible for costs associated with your travel expenses, you will be able to submit approved expenses for bi-weekly reimbursement. Approved travel costs may include hotel, mileage or rental car, airline tickets and meals.

Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Journey Traveler must be able to travel nationwide for 13 week assignments. This position provides flexibility to travel the country and work in various settings. On assignment the SLP organizes and provides speech-language services for the location to facilitate rehabilitation. Job Summary/Purpose:
MRI Technologists must understand the utilization, principles, appropriateness, and associated risk of the magnetic field, as well as the utilization of imaging contrast media.
Must be knowledgeable and competent in the operation of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, computer, and image management systems utilized in performing MRI exams.
Communicates with patients prior to the exam to explain magnetic resonance imaging procedures and to request important patient information (implants, removal of metal objects, fear of closed spaces) which could limit or hinder the procedure.
May be required to provide coverage for other outreach sites located in Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, and West Ashley.
Education Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.

• Timely- Assure the schedule does not fall behind; exam delays are communicated to all stakeholders. Exams are routed to PACS for interpretation as soon as complete.
• Accurately- per exam protocol using appropriate anatomical markers and positioning aids. Images are free of artifacts and motion. Assure exams are read in a timely manner and all logs are completed.
• Safely- All patients are screened for patient and technologist identification, patient history, and safety protocols. Medial history reviewed for exam indications and contraindications.
ASSURE THE RADIOLOGY SUITE AND ADJACENT CLINICAL AND COMMON AREAS ARE PREPARED TO RECEIVE PATIENTS/VISITORS.
• Equipment- assure all needed equipment is available and in working order, perform quality control per ACR and manufacturer - report ASAP any equipment errors or downtime directly to the service vendor and manager, as well as clinical staff.
• Suite/Clinical and common areas- assure all needed medical supplies are ordered and stowed, assure exam room and patient areas are clean and equipment is cleaned per manufacturer, OSHA, DHEC, and MUSC infection control guidelines. Report any environmental issues timely to the manager.

ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist.
Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic interventions such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation.
Monitor participant performance, adjust treatments within scope, and communicate progress or challenges to the supervising physical therapist.
Teach participants to use assistive devices and educate them and their families on home exercises, safety, injury prevention, and post-treatment care to empower independence.
Document therapy sessions, outcomes, and report changes in participant condition or adverse reactions.
Maintain therapy equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Contribute to treatment plan adjustments, participate in staff meetings, and assist with equipment and supply management.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has:
DentaPro software
Digital x-ray and Panorex units
Fiber-optic handpieces
Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
