Among these are SCSU's degrees in Nuclear Engineering, not offered anywhere else in the U.S., and its MBA in Agribusiness, the only one of its kind in South Carolina. Academics are not all that set SCSU apart. SCSU also has learning and research centers devoted to different areas of study, like the Center for Transportation Research and the Museum and Planetarium. Counseling, health, career and academic services are all available for students, whether or not they live on campus. There are also numerous organizational, athletic and community service opportunities intended to enhance what's learned in the classroom and build skills and life-long relationships. SCSU offers a large number of financial aid resources and options for its students, all of which are posted on its detailed and comprehensive website.
