Pay Range: $96,110.00 - $153,777.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Under general direction, this position provides the market research, analytical framework and resources for accurate and timely Member and market information in support of strategic and operational business decisions. * Responsible for developing SQL-based reports used for collecting, synthesizing and analyzing Member information to support survey engagement, marketing campaigns, measure current, and forecast future, market activity and Member trends; and evaluate and provide the results of key organizational performance indicators. * Assists in market and survey research, providing in-depth analyses and recommendations to achieve business targets. Focuses on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting Members trends through our Member surveys and feedback platforms as input to our marketing and product development strategies/plans for individual Members. * Gathers and presents results of survey feedback and marketing campaigns and identifies areas for improvement. * Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, market penetration, best practices and trends. * Researches market conditions to determine potential impact of a product. Identifies key drivers and insights into Member behavior, sentiment and brand loyalty. * Reviews and analyzes internal and external data sources, extracts relevant information, and prepares reports to key stakeholders along with additional insight and perspective on findings. Recommends the target audience and Member-related criteria necessary for marketing campaigns to enable the most positive business outcomes. * Manage, automate, and deliver reports, market competitiveness studies and methodologies to identify specific opportunities and risks tailored to World-Class Member Service. * Develops and delivers standard reports to a wide range of stakeholders and performs ad-hoc analyses as needed to support business goals. * Create, configure, and maintain a complex database as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for various business unit and organizational reports. * May assist with business unit projects as assigned by manager. The Theology Teacher services the school in an instructional capacity and performs the specific duties assigned by the Principal of the school. The classes, projects and assessments designed by the Theology Teacher will be in accordance with the Theology Department and USCCB curriculum framework. Teaching Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective daily lessons that align with diocesan curriculum standards and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Integrate Sacred Scripture, Church Tradition, liturgy, and Catholic social teaching into classroom instruction. Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, virtue, prayer, and spiritual inquiry. Provide faith-based guidance and support to students in both academic and pastoral capacities. Collaborate with campus ministry, religion department, and faculty on school-wide liturgical celebrations, retreats, and service opportunities. Assess and evaluate student progress using varied and effective assessment tools. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and conduct in accordance with school policies. Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events. Physical Requirements: To successfully meet the needs of the students in his/her care, the teacher must: Spend the majority of the day standing in the classroom. While standing the teacher will frequently hold objects they are working with or demonstrating Sit on an occasional basis when developing lesson plans, grading, etc. Walk through the classroom and be able to maneuver in tight spaces between desks. Walk on both even and uneven surfaces Deal with students while kneeling or squatting, stooping, or bending Reach at, below, or above shoulder height with the dominant upper extremity; may require trunk or neck rotation to look back at the class Assist in moving children's desks and chairs to change the layout of the classroom to influence the learning situation. It is occasionally necessary to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds from the office to classrooms While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to be inside the classroom. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the classroom as well as maneuver throughout the school facility to attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events. The employee may be required to conduct trips to, from, and within various city and county-wide locations to attend trainings or workshops, and/or field trips.
