Job Description RN Clinical Intake Advisor Department: Chemical Dependency Alcohol and Drug Detox Core Roles and Responsibilities • At point of intake/admission, interviews patient and families to obtain and complete pre-admission assessment. • Conducts pre-admission assessments as assigned. Preferred Qualifications CPR or ACLS Certification Prefer a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health or three years' experience in a behavioral health related field with references.
