Pros of working at South County Mental Health Center

The company does not care about employees. There is no real training and while supervisors claim they appreciate constructive criticism, you're often singled out for making suggestions. Supervisors claim it is a team but do not truly enforce this. Policy is also not followed at all times and for all employees. Promotion is based more on who you know than your actual skillset and work ethic. Overall, it is a draining place to work.
