Ridezilla is looking for a high-energy and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our Carson City team. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every unit is prepared, staged, and delivered professionally. You will work closely with our Service and Sales Departments to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of all powersports products.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare units for customer delivery, including staging, inspection, and accessory verification
Walk customers through their new unit, demonstrating features, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident before they leave
Assist with loading units safely onto trailers or into vehicles
Support the Service and Sales teams with unit movement, staging, and lot organization
Perform basic cleaning, prep work, or minor adjustments to units as needed
Maintain a clean, organized delivery area and ensure all documentation is ready for the customer
Provide excellent customer service and represent Ridezilla's brand values
Assist with inventory movement, including checking inbound units and organizing storage when needed
Follow all safety procedures and ensure safe handling of units and equipment
Requirements
Previous experience in powersports, automotive, outdoor equipment, or similar industries is preferred
Must be comfortable operating ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and other powersports units (training provided)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures
Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Working Conditions

This position will be remote. **Responsibilities** Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. Compiles data, defines required changes and reports defects and problems that occurred during the test process. Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. Automated testing may be used for leveling based on hiring manager discretion.
+ Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications.
+ Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products. Develop testing procedures.
+ Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests.
+ Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.
+ Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager. This role is a key member of our Go-To-Market organization, focused on supporting and empowering our SMB customer base-serving primarily subcontractors, general contractors, architects and engineers. In this role, you will help customers successfully engage with and realize value from their partnership with Dodge by providing proactive outreach, practical guidance, and best-practice recommendations. By leveraging data, insights, and customer conversations, you will help improve adoption within our product suite and build long-term, successful partnerships to drive retention.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Manager, Customer Success.
**_Preferred Location_**
This is a remote, home-office role and candidates can be located anywhere in the continental United States.
**_Travel Requirements_**
Travel is less than 10% of the time and may be occasionally required for GTM or team meetings.
**_Essential Functions_**
+ Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide support, uncover risk and growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
+ Execute successful customer engagement program through customer journey with intentional outbound touchpoints using customer health indicators and other support tools
+ Provide training and support to clients on using products or services effectively. This could include product demonstrations, training sessions and or assistance in creating and updating their profile or saved searches
+ Attain all KPIs designed to improve account retention, including contact rate, churn, and renewal and retention ratios
+ Follow SOPs for all account interactions within standard CRM systems and other tools
**_Key Metrics for Success_**
+ **First-Year Retention Rate:** Percentage of clients retained through their first renewal date
+ **Renewal Rate:** Percentage of clients renewing beyond their first year
+ **Engagement Metrics:** Client usage rates and engagement with key platform features during the first year
**_Education Requirement_**
Bachelor's degree and/or combination of equivalent work experience preferred.
**_Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills_**
+ 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products
+ Basic knowledge of the construction industry, or the ability to learn it quickly
+ Strong personal integrity and accountability for outcomes
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong relationship-building and customer-focused approach
+ Ability to coach customers on best practices and identify pain points and solutions
+ Empathetic mindset with a focus on supporting small business growth and customer success
**_Preferred Experience, Knowledge, and Skills_**
+ Experience working in a SaaS environment

**_Salary Disclosure_**
_Base Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 + monthly variable_
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Your Future Role:
As a Facilities and Grounds manager, you will be expected to take a proactive approach to ensure the grounds and facilities are safe, attractive, and well-maintained while assisting the Growing team in producing and finishing quality plants.
Your Specific Job Responsibilities:
Upholds Moana Nursery's strict safety policies.
Shows up on time ready work.
Monitor and ensure the facilities and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained.
Manages daily operations, including but not limited to, manually and chemically pest and weed control inside and outside the greenhouses, maintaining the pastures, trash removal, leaf blowing, and snow removal during winter time.
Overseeing the preventive maintenance and repair of structural greenhouse components like covers, frames, fabric, shade cloth; environmental controls such as heaters and ventilation systems, irrigation systems, and other essential equipment, addressing any issues or repairs in a timely manner.
Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all equipment in the farm, including forklift, pot fillers, irrigation equipment, carts and wagons, trimmers and other tools, looking for cost-saving opportunities.
Identifying and mitigating potential hazards on the grounds.
Participate in other farm related activities, including potting, maintenance and shipping of plants when needed.
Assisting in building other farm areas and components.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Attend safety meetings when needed.
Physical Requirements & Activity:
Aplicant must be able to lift/push up to 75 pounds, and to carry up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand and bend for periods of time; and climbing: ascending or descending ladders. Not afraid of heights.
Must be able to work inside under the environmental conditions of the greenhouses, especially during summer months.
Expertise & Experience Requirements:
Valid Nevada driver's license with insurable driving record.
Knowledge of basic safety principles and practices of construction, ground and facilities maintenance, as well as repair activities.
Proficient in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment.Minimal experience required- passion for a plants a must.
Nice To Have Skills or Experiences:
A degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management or a related field is often preferred.
Greenhouse Growing Experience

During the spring and summer our Greenhouse is staffed 7 days per week with most activity taking place Monday - Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, and it may change depending on the time of the year . You typically will have a regular 40-hour workweek with consistent days, although it may be required to work overtime during busy periods.
