What You'll Do
Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues.
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor.
Work with a team of “Haus-Keepers” keepers on each shift.
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests.
Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
Respond to calls for “Haus-keeping” problems, such as spills and broken glass.
Collect and remove trash and debris.
Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing and sorting linen.
Report, turn in and log all lost and found items.
Clean upholstered furniture.
Perform detailed deep cleans when required.
Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.
Provide service support to guests
Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus Teammates to create a memorable guest experience.

Working closely with the end Customer, vendors, and project personnel, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper management of projects to deliver such as ADMS, including the Outage Management System (OMS) and Historian system, and/or an EMS within our Client's territory.
You will have responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project lifecycle including responsibility for assembling and managing the delivery teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, setting up and managing the Vendors and Subcontractors engagements, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of the project. In addition, you must exercise/demonstrate judgement, leadership, organization, and communication skills.

About the Role:
Ski Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. We empower our technicians to build confident decision making, accountability, and professional skills in the workplace. Setting each other up for success is what drives us forward at Ski Butlers. Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our two primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery
Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
Packing orders for future delivery
Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
Secondary Responsibilities
Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
