Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Laborer to join our construction team. As part of the job requirement you must be a U.S. Citizen. The role involves loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment at job sites, as well as maintaining job site cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy lifting and operating forklifts and flat carts. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to adapt to various environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Carry, load, and unload drywall materials, including joint compound (mud), drywall, metal studs, scaffold components, and hardware. Use of forklifts and carts.
Job Site Clean-Up: Clear site by manually removing scrap using shovels, scrapers, brooms, and carts.
Equipment Use: Operate forklifts, brooms, floor scrapers, dollies, drywall, and scrap carts safely.
Light Duties: Occasionally handle office paperwork, light clean-up duties, and organize gang boxes.
Consistent Attendance: Show up regularly to fulfill duties effectively.
Work Environment:
This role involves working inside and outside of buildings and job sites. Expect varying conditions influenced by other trades, with noise and dusty environments. Hot summers and cold winters are typical, and uneven walking surfaces are common.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 140 pounds.
Required to consistently lift and carry 50 to 60 pounds for three to five hours daily.
Required to frequently push and pull 50-pound carts for up to one hour daily.
Employee must occasionally operate 5-pound brooms or scrapers for one hour per day.
Required to reach and push 40 to 60-pound scrap above shoulder level for up to one hour at a time.
Must stand, walk, and carry items for approximately six hours daily.
Required to climb stairs while carrying 40 to 60 pounds.
Qualifications:

Experience in heavy lifting and material handling.

SUMMARY: Lead and support children in the BASE Program during educational and recreational activities and field trips. EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in supervising and monitoring students.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be qualified based on the Department of Human Services regulations.

Starting in the water, swim 20 yards. (Your face may be in or out of the water. Swim goggles are not allowed.)

Job Tasks Descriptions
1. Ensure safety of athletes, coaches, program participants and spectators by observing swimmers and spectator areas at all times, correct unsafe behavior, effectively responds to emergency situations, perform lifesaving procedures and assist patrons. Enforce VMAC rules and regulations.
2. Perform daily facility checks on equipment to meet manufacturer and State health code regulations and complete facility reports daily. Provide facility support by performing cleaning of pool and pump room, including, but not limited to, emergency clean-up anywhere in the facility. May assist with snow clearance of walkways as needed.
3. Perform set-up and take down of events and practices taking place at the VMAC to include, but not limited to, moving of bulkheads, lane lines, timing system, computers, tables, chairs, platforms, etc.
4. Required to attend mandatory monthly staff training and/or meetings.
5. Perform other job related duties as assigned

The Library Associate for Reference provides information and access services to support the academic and research needs of the University community.
DESCRIPTION
Assists the professional librarians in developing and maintaining the Collection, which includes ordering, withdrawing, filing.
Develops subject bibliographies and research strategies to assist library users with library electronic resources.
Instructs students, faculty, and staff in the use of library resources.
Promotes library services, which includes library tours.
Initiates and assesses on a continual basis, the inventory of all library resources.
Facilitates project management completion of library projects, as assigned.
Orders division supplies when necessary.
Performs monthly and as-needed reports.
Trains and schedules technicians, clerical workers and student assistants.
Edits databases as required.
Oversees circulation desk as needed.
Assists Interlibrary Loan office as needed.
Develops and maintains current public services policies and procedures.
Creates pamphlets, brochures, flyers, etc. to promote library services.
On a rotational basis, provides assistance at the Reference Desk, as well as provides research assistance to patrons in person and via phone, mail, email and chat (Online Helpdesk).
Responds to comments and suggestions submitted to suggestion boxes in Library and on-line; Conducts weekly door alarm checks;
