A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education or training. 2. Previous banking or other customer service experience preferred. 3. Moderate reading, writing and grammar skills, as well as analytical and math skills. 4. Proficient communicative and interpersonal skills, must be professional and courteous. 5.
