    The Field Service Project Manager is responsible for defining and delivering customer-facing field services related to installation, maintenance, and repair of Touchpoint products. They coordinate with sales representatives and account managers, customers, and other field service personnel to ensure services are scoped, priced, and delivered on time and with high quality. They are also actively involved in delivering services including, but not limited to performing physical product installation, and performing preventive or corrective maintenance on product in the field. The Field Service Project Manager is responsible for defining and delivering customer-facing field services related to installation, maintenance, and repair of Touchpoint products. They coordinate with sales representatives and account managers, customers, and other field service personnel to ensure services are scoped, priced, and delivered on time and with high quality. They are also actively involved in delivering services including, but not limited to performing physical product installation, and performing preventive or corrective maintenance on product in the field. Daily activities include, but are not limited to, preparing quotes for services, as well as scheduling and performing installation, maintenance and repair services at customer locations. The Field Service Project Manager works closely with the Field Service Administrator to ensure equipment, resources and qualified personnel are available when and where needed to deliver on service commitments and is hands-on in delivering those services. They also prepare summary reports of services performed for customers and account representatives and may be called on to assist with other service-related activities such as coordinating RMA returns, ordering replacement parts and supervising contract field service resources. The Field Service Project Manager fills a key role in the delivery of product-related services to customers, and in ensuring services are scoped and priced appropriately prior to committing to customers. This role is operational in nature with a strong emphasis on providing customer support by enabling the field organization to deliver outstanding services in a transparent and effective manner.
