Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions * Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families with social, emotional, interpersonal, and/or environmental issues. The Integrated Substance Use Disorder Training Program (ISTP) is a yearlong fellowship that aims to train nurse practitioners, psychologists, and social workers in team-based addiction care, especially in community-based settings.
