Salary and benefits are good
Management is terrible. racism is there on a daily basis even HR
24 hour gym
Nothing they have no clue what goes on on daily activities
They need so much work! They get worse by the minute

sometimes you work with nice people.
sometimes nice people get fired, with no explanation. Their leave package is terrible, and recently made significant cuts to leave packages for existing employees.
Favorite? The cons are swiftly overtaking any pros. The organization is trying to take over the world, has terrible organization, and operates as though they can do anything to an employee and will not be held accountable.
They are lame and not leading by example. They do whatever they want. No respect for employees.
