The Technology & Infrastructure Lead is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day reliability, security, and performance of all technology systems supporting an orthopedic surgery practice. This position serves as the primary internal owner of IT operations, working closely with clinical staff, leadership, and external vendors to ensure technology enables efficient, secure, and uninterrupted patient care. This role blends technical execution, cybersecurity oversight, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced clinical environment. Positioning patients accordingly, which may include lifting and moving patients with limited mobility. Limiting patients' exposure to radiation by placing lead shields on patients where needed. Ensuring that the x-rays taken are of sound quality to prevent repeat procedures Ensuring that the x-ray equipment is regularly serviced and in good working order.
