    Job Title Professional Math Tutor The Professional Mathematics Consultant (Tutor) will meet with students to provide students with Math Tutoring services on the West Burlington Campus, under the supervision of the Learning Resources Coordinator. Job Description: * 12-18 hours per week, scheduled Wednesday-Friday from 9am to 3 pm beginning mid August & continuing in alignment with the 25-26 SCC Academic Calendar. * Pay rate is $19 per hour. These positions are part-time hourly positions, and are not eligible for SCC benefits * Tutoring sessions can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Sessions should be able to accommodate 2 students if coursework is similar in material. Location: West Burlington, Iowa Required Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Associate's Degree with sufficient collegiate Math coursework & ability to assist students with Math coursework through Calculus I. * Excellent customer service skills required.     Job Title Head Women's Volleyball Coach Job Description The Head Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Southeastern Community College NJCAA Division II Women's Volleyball program including: recruiting and supervision of student-athletes, planning, coordinating, and supervision of practices, scheduling, coordinating and facilitating fundraising activities, overseeing travel, budget and the overall daily operation of the women's volleyball program. This position is a full-time professional services position with a starting salary of $40,000 per year. Instruct defensive driving techniques and educate students on the safe and professional operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal and State regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide hands-on instruction in the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations * Provide safety oversight throughout all training evaluations in accordance with course curriculum and company safety policy * Master training requirements, compliance standards, and company policies to improve the processes and better facilitate training needs as directed by CBIZ Programmer * Provide management of students in a field training environments * Coordinate the use of equipment resources and training range * Ensure training skills and criteria are assessed and scores are properly recorded for each individual * Observe, mentor and make recommendations respective to individual training and developmental needs * Evaluate students individually on their operational skills and assess their progress during each training evaluation according to course curriculum * Counsel students as needed regarding skill issues and adherence to DOT and company regulations * Train students in areas of weakness through constructive feedback and adult learning processes * Other duties as assigned Adjunct teaching contracts are subject to cancellation due to low student enrollment.
