Position Summary As a Shop Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. You'll work closely with other team members and departments, use the latest diagnostic tools, and have access to continuing education. Primary Responsibilities Equipment Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Complete repairs to factory standards and safety protocols. Provide clear documentation of needed parts and communicate with parts and service departments. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure repairs are completed within estimated timeframes or notify the manager promptly. Documentation Complete 3C documentation (Complaint, Cause, Correction) in electronic work order system. Maintain accurate and legible records, including time and materials used. Customer & Team Interaction Perform equipment inspections and suggest additional repairs as needed. Communicate with customers (when applicable) about issues and repair updates. Assist team with job quoting and maintain respectful, honest communication at all times. Safety & Continuous Improvement Follow all safety policies and complete required OSHA 10 training. Maintain tools and return specialty equipment to proper locations. Participate in 5S initiatives to keep shop organized and efficient. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED plus 2-year degree in Diesel, Ag, Auto, or Heavy Equipment Technology or equivalent hands-on experience. 2-5 years' experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, or heavy equipment repair. Welding and torch experience preferred. Must have personal tool set and storage. Ability to read instructions and repair documentation. Dependable, adaptable, ethical, and a strong communicator. Physical Requirements Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and manual handling of heavy tools and equipment. Regularly lift/move 10 lbs, frequently 50 lbs, occasionally over 100 lbs. Vision and manual dexterity required for equipment inspections and repairs. Daily operation and inspection of heavy equipment. Work Environment Shop-based work with minimal travel for training or meetings. Reports to Service Manager or Operations Manager. FLSA: Non-exempt. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team at our Warren, Ohio location. The ideal candidate will have experience providing guidance to the Project Team members for successful completion of the project in their respective areas of responsibility. This individual will also be the main point of contact for customers. Job Duties: - Act as primary customer, providing schedule update and coordinating with internal teams. - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation. - Lead rebuild projects from start to completion, ensuring progress, mitigating risks, and reporting updates. - Conduct team meetings, monitor project costs, and resolve issues with stakeholders. - Compile final project reports, such as financial reports or project manuals with recommendations on future improvements. - Support contract negotiations, participate in reviews, and conduct post-project evaluations. - Ensure confidentiality, effective communication, and adherence to safety and attendance standards.
