They are transparent, friendly, and open to new ideas/innovation.

There's really not much to do in terms of culture. The organization is so supportive of it's people and responds actively to feedback, so I would just say keep up the great work!

Researching the company, the role I was interviewing for, and my interviewers. Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. Overall a great process.
