The pay is ok, free uniforms, lunch sometimes is given to us for free
They want 2 people to do the job of 4 at the front desk. I started a few months ago and this place is a mad house! They cram as many patients as they can I to a doctors schedule (60+ patients) and then expect 1-2 people at the front desk to handle all of it. No where have I ever worked where they have 10-15 people walking in the door at 1x and expect 1 person to handle it. I have not been in the medical field for a long time but I can tell you right now this place is a joke! They have no common sense.The back part of the office can’t keep people and they are also running around like crazy! Everyone is miserable and tired! The pay MAY have kept people in the past but that is no longer the case. I know I can’t make the same amount and have 1/4 if the stress this job creates. My last thin was at a trucking company and TBH I may go back. I just can’t believe they have these insane expectations here! Then they want to call you out in emails because you make MINOR mistakes! We are doing the Best We Can!

I just started here and it’s very fast paced …and they want you to learn stuff to fast.
I was hired for the front desk, the doctor I worked for retired. So after less than 2 weeks they moved me to the back office. They didn’t give me chance on the front desk. The girls we nice to me upfront but it’s a lot to learn and they expect you to learn it all in a week. It’s Impossible! The manager wasn’t very helpful either ..he moved me to the back. I’m taking the hours I can get but I’m looking for a new job. They never let me train with the same person I worked with a new person everyday ..so it’s hard to learn when everyone does stuff differently. They have anywhere from 2-6 patients every 10m so you can’t thunk straight . It’s so rushed ! I messed up the money and they acted like I stole from them. I didn’t the money is in the safe ..they don’t have change and they want to blame you for it!
