I just started here and it’s very fast paced …and they want you to learn stuff to fast.
I was hired for the front desk, the doctor I worked for retired. So after less than 2 weeks they moved me to the back office. They didn’t give me chance on the front desk. The girls we nice to me upfront but it’s a lot to learn and they expect you to learn it all in a week. It’s Impossible! The manager wasn’t very helpful either ..he moved me to the back. I’m taking the hours I can get but I’m looking for a new job. They never let me train with the same person I worked with a new person everyday ..so it’s hard to learn when everyone does stuff differently. They have anywhere from 2-6 patients every 10m so you can’t thunk straight . It’s so rushed ! I messed up the money and they acted like I stole from them. I didn’t the money is in the safe ..they don’t have change and they want to blame you for it!
