Getting to be around planes

The company itself can be good, however the system is improperly trained on. High turnover rate, job isn't difficult, but expectations are too high for $11-13/hour. There's a lot of pressure on minute details and when incidents happen, they always seem to have to place the blame on the lowest seniority present. Unfortunately, the company does not believe in retaining their employees after an incident happens and instead of refreshing the employee's training, they terminate them. Other than that, I enjoyed being near planes.

Getting to be around planes

I've never met the CEO or the leadership team aside from my manager.

They need to retrain people instead of firing them.

I didn't get an interview.

They hire anyone who applies.

I was able to be around the planes.

Low pay, poor management, high turnover and low morale. You are forced to work 40 hrs and more. Since you are Categorized as part time you get no benefits.

There no benefits

The facade that he really cares about the employees and customers.

Replace all the management. Improve employee moral with job security/ benefits.

Get everything in writing. The management will lie and have no remorse.

Lower than industry norms. Not much but lower.

All minorities except for management who are white.
