SUPERVISES: AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Surf Air Mobility/Southern Airways/Mokulele is seeking dependable, professional individuals to lead our Aircraft Maintenance department at our airport station in Hawaii. The Aircraft Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily activities related to aircraft maintenance.
The ideal candidate:
Must provide leadership and direction to station staff

Serves as the liaison to the Regional Director of Maintenance (Hawaii)

General duties include:

Maintain the work areas, buildings, and materials, which are utilized for aircraft maintenance, in a safe, clean, and operable condition.
When required, sign for his/her own work and co-sign for the work of other technicians in the section; however, signing shall not relieve any other technicians in the group from the responsibility for the work they performed.
Conserve and protect company funds, property, equipment and materials.
Ensure assigned staff adhere to company published Policies and Procedures.
Scheduling maintenance tasks, managing maintenance supervisors and technicians, and responding to maintenance emergencies.
Has RII and Airworthiness Release Authority.
Any other duties as requested by direct reports.
Basic Requirements:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Part 121/135/145 operation
Prior supervisory/management experience in an aviation maintenance environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Be proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google suite
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
Ability to work within a 24/7 operation, including holidays
Ability to pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen as required by company and/or airline regulations
Available for occasional overnight travel

Diesel Mechanic Position Summary:
This position is required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and understanding of basic preventative maintenance and repair techniques of Class 5 through Class 8 commercial vehicles to include tank trailer inspection and maintenance related to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations is required.
Diesel Mechanic Essential Functions:
All fleet mechanic positions will be required to perform vehicle maintenance & repair duties safely and accurately in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

Overview
The Manager, Airport Coordination Center (ACC) is responsible for an efficient customer service oriented operation by planning, organizing and controlling available resources to achieve airline and departmental goals and objectives in areas related to Hub Operations. Overview
The Manager, Airport Coordination Center (ACC) is responsible for an efficient customer service oriented operation by planning, organizing and controlling available resources to achieve airline and departmental goals and objectives in areas related to Hub Operations. Positioned in the Airport Coordination Center (ACC), serve as the “eyes and ears” of the Endeavor OCC. Provide Endeavor-centric support with real time communications to the station and relaying station critical information to the OCC.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Endeavor Air operational representative and liaison for all matters involving Endeavor Air flights at the hub.
Forecast the daily operational abilities and limitations of the hub and communicate those with the Endeavor Air Operations Control Center (OCC).
Understand operational goals including net promoter score (NPS) and make decisions based on these goals with an emphasis on protecting our customers and operation.
Build strong relationships and maintain open, informative and mutual lines of communications with business and service partners as well as the Endeavor OCC.
Monitor hub ground service equipment (GSE) status and communicate any impact to the OCC.
Advocate Endeavor's position with Delta ACC Coordinators and Service Manager in all matters that impact the Endeavor Air operation.
Actively monitor Endeavor Air's flight operation and vigorously mitigate departure delays.
Monitor aircraft and FAA frequencies to ensure proper data is transmitted to Endeavor flight crews.
Ensure business partners display accurate information on public display screens.
Assist in tarmac delay mitigation as they pertain to DOT3 requirements.
Assist Crew Scheduling and the Strategic Planning Team (SPT) to prioritize flights seek improvement with EDCT delays and/or IROP schedule adjustments for FAR117 crew duty.
Develop IROP plans in conjunction with the Endeavor Air OCC.
Coordinate with core OCC disciplines to help make the least impactful schedule adjustment decisions based on local conditions.
Monitor the level of service received by all airport partners and actively manage and correct any deficiencies.
Provide operational guidance and assistance to local Flight, Inflight and Maintenance Endeavor employees.
Participate in Endeavor and Delta daily briefings and conference calls to provide pertinent hub information.
