Due to layoffs and the closing of some generation sites, constant reorganization and bad match up of employee and position. For example, a Chemist with a PHD was given a Document Control manager position and I could go on and on with this list. However, previous to the workplace shooting which occurred, this organization was the best I have ever worked for and this would have never happened back then.
