Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future? **Responsibilities** + Helps division leaders with identifying root causes, trends, process improvements and implementing solutions. + Manages and maintains project records which include materials notebooks, as-built plans, and pay quantity records, evaluating and monitoring progress schedules as well as preparing work orders. + Oversees the inspection and installation of conduit, structures, and related components ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies, managing crew workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over material, facilities, and products. + Manages cross functional quality projects including data collection, analysis and implementation of recommendations through completion. + Creates training materials and programs as required and conducts training sessions to support the quality system, participating in technical and program development training. + Perform contractor field safety assessments. + Create and maintain a safety conscious work environment by leading and influencing others to follow Edison safety protocols and safe work practices. + A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. **Minimum Qualifications** + Four or more years of experience performing or supervising field inspections. + Posses a valid Class C Driver's License Preferred Qualifications + Foundational knowledge of overhead electric infrastructure construction with the ability to learn detailed technical requirements quickly. + Proven leadership capability to manage a large, geographically dispersed team covering a large territory. + Strong technical acumen to oversee cutting-edge drone and AI-enabled inspection programs, while ensuring accurate management of large datasets and hundreds of thousands of work orders. + Certification in FAA Small UAS Rule (Part 107). Additional Information + This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
