**Responsibilities**
+ Helps division leaders with identifying root causes, trends, process improvements and implementing solutions.
+ Manages and maintains project records which include materials notebooks, as-built plans, and pay quantity records, evaluating and monitoring progress schedules as well as preparing work orders.
+ Oversees the inspection and installation of conduit, structures, and related components ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies, managing crew workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over material, facilities, and products.
+ Manages cross functional quality projects including data collection, analysis and implementation of recommendations through completion.
+ Creates training materials and programs as required and conducts training sessions to support the quality system, participating in technical and program development training.
+ Perform contractor field safety assessments.
+ Create and maintain a safety conscious work environment by leading and influencing others to follow Edison safety protocols and safe work practices.
+ A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Four or more years of experience performing or supervising field inspections.
+ Posses a valid Class C Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
+ Foundational knowledge of overhead electric infrastructure construction with the ability to learn detailed technical requirements quickly.
+ Proven leadership capability to manage a large, geographically dispersed team covering a large territory.
+ Strong technical acumen to oversee cutting-edge drone and AI-enabled inspection programs, while ensuring accurate management of large datasets and hundreds of thousands of work orders.
+ Certification in FAA Small UAS Rule (Part 107).

Below is a description of the responsibilities for the Officers under the supervision of the Field Supervisor. The successful Field Supervisor candidate will be responsible for the oversight, scheduling and accountability in the market and act as the local point of contact between Brosnan and the Client. They will also be visiting site locations and in the event of a call out will be required to fill in until a replacement is found.
Role and Responsibilities
The Field Supervisor will assist and follow the directives of the Operations Managers with the administration and managerial duties to enforce regulations, governing State and Federal laws, and Company policies. As experienced Security Officers and Mangers, they will also be responsible for the Training of Security Officers under their supervision in order to develop a staff that is always “Prompt, Professional, and Engaged.” Field Supervisors will be utilized at the discretion of the Operations Managers to ensure mission accomplishment. Some duties are listed below; however, they are not all inclusive and the Field Supervisor must be adaptable and follow the direction of the Operations Manager. Guaranteed at least 40 hours per week.
Performs all duties of Security Officer and Supervisor as needed
Inspects and evaluates and evaluates Security Officers for alertness, appearance, and proper performance while on duty and report and correct deficiencies to the Operations Manager.
Communicate company policies and procedures to all shift personnel.
Assist the scheduling department with the filling of open shifts, by responding immediately to open shifts and making phone calls to cover the openings as needed.
Assist in the development, administration and implementation of training programs
Conduct daily Supervisory visits to all locations assigned and completing both Lighthouse
Assists as needed with complaints from clients and or client's customers.
Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, property losses, homicides, or other unlawful activities as directed by Operations Managers.
Adapt and work extended hours, flex days off if needed, respond off-duty if needed and directed by Operations Manages.
Attend meetings and special events as directed by the Operations Managers.
Qualifications: Field Supervisor

**Position Purpose:**

Qualifications: Field Supervisor
· Military Veteran (honorable discharge) and or law enforcement experience preferred (60 hours college credit substitute)

The Field Supervisor for Walden Security manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities, at the field level, of all assigned Security Officers and executes all tasks related to maintaining prescribed standards in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures by performing the following duties:
+ Other duties may be assigned by the Field Manager or Operations Manager.
+ Provides the first line of supervision during those hours when an Operations Staff member is not on duty.
+ Works as an armed, uniformed officer and is able to legally carry a firearm in applicable states and/or locations.
+ Has a working knowledge and understanding of the Specific and General Post instructions for all Branch posts; Has practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by the client.
+ Patrols Branch assigned posts and accounts, using a company provided vehicle.
+ Has authority invested in them to make decisions that are in compliance with Walden policies.
+ Has the authority to relieve any security officer that is in violation of Walden rules/regulations/ procedures.
+ Provides shift supervision of all posts and the security officers, including the Roving patrols on duty during that time, randomly visiting post/accounts and performing inspections of the security officers manning the posts.
+ Conducts inspections of posts and Security Officers for proper compliance with the specific Post Orders, Walden procedures, and general knowledge of post assignment.
+ Assists in conducting on-the-job-training for newly assigned security officers as necessary.
+ Responds to building/facility and bank alarms upon request throughout the assigned area and ATM alarms as required.
+ Responds to urgent client needs/requests for services or changes to services.
+ Informs the Field Manager or Operations Manager of matters/issues that cannot wait until the next workday.
+ Records the daily events of their post/shift on the Daily Inspection Report (DIR) which will be reviewed daily by the Field Manager or Operations Manager and QA Manager.
+ Fills any post that becomes open during their shift of duty with an off duty security officer. Works the shift of any posts that cannot be filled, until such time as a post qualified security officer can be scheduled.
+ Examines doors, windows, and gates of assigned posts to determine that they are secure.
+ Warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
+ Registers at watch stations to record time of inspection trips and contracted random inspections.

+ High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
+ Minimum of 25 years of age
+ Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
+ Must have at LEAST 3 years security experience
