The NextGen ERP program will span the next 5 years leveraging emerging digital solutions in concert with re-imagining and transforming our current processes and organization to make dramatic improvements to operational performance, as many companies are doing across industries. We are looking at an approach that not only upgrades the systems but also transforms our business processes to enhance efficiency, improve data quality, and provide better integrated decision making across the enterprise. We are currently in the implementation phase of a major ERP transformation program, leveraging a hybrid agile approach to motivate change. This effort goes beyond a system upgrade-it's a fundamental redesign of our core financial processes. Our goal is to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and enable integrated, enterprise-wide decision-making.

**Responsibilities**
+ Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives
+ Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards
+ Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review
+ Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits
+ Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs
+ Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit
+ Develop and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis
+ Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Five or more years of experience performing business operations analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Five or more years of experience developing and tailoring strategic communications for enterprise-wide initiatives, preferably within large, matrixed organizations undergoing transformation.
+ Experience creating compelling internal communications materials-including executive presentations and stakeholder messaging that drive engagement and support change adoption.
+ Five or more years of experience supporting change management and/ or communications tasks.
+ Five or more years of experience and proficiency with MS Office 360 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience supporting change management workstreams in complex environments, including tracking metrics, managing deliverables, and coordinating outreach efforts across diverse stakeholder groups.
+ Experience and familiarity with Organizational Readiness frameworks and communications planning in support of ERP or other large-scale technology implementations.
+ Experience creating communication material that simplifies complex business processes and IT system features.
+ Experience working as a change agent and innovative problem solver, with ability to communicate change, negotiate, and influence decision making.
+ Project Management Certification and/or experience working with hybrid Waterfall/ Agile approach.
+ Experience with SAP ERP or S/4 HANA ERP
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, communications, marketing, organizational development, or related field.
+ Experience advising and recommending courses of action on process improvements,operational plans, or business strategies, often to Senior Management or Executive audiences.
