Our Transmission and Distribution Organizational Unit (T&D) is responsible for planning, engineering, constructing, operating, and maintaining transmission and distribution facilities throughout the 50,000-square-mile territory. T&D is the steward of roughly $19 billion in assets that safely and reliably deliver electricity to 14 million residents via SCE's 5 million customer accounts. Preferred Qualifications + Five or more years of experience with project or program management including scoping, estimating, project budgeting and approval, oversight of project execution, performance monitoring, and project close-out. + Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or other technically related fields or equivalent. + Project Management Certification. + Experience with construction or engineering within a utility industry. + Seven or more years of managerial /supervisory experience + Ten or more years of Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related experience. + Experience providing strategy, direction, coaching and mentoring, performance management, and salary administration for staff. + Experience developing and executing strategies and operational plans. + Experience ensuring cross functional support and collaboration including resolving cross functional issues and obstacles. + Experience ensuring appropriate resources are in place to successfully manage work and to meet goals and objectives. + Experience executing strategies across IPSEC through effective project management and oversight. + Experience and ability integrating work across relevant areas, developing the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, managing risks appropriately, developing and executing business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. + Experience with resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation. + Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
