In this job, you'll be supervising the construction of substation and related projects. You'll oversee pre-construction project management, provide oversight and functional support for all assigned substation construction projects, and supervise Associate Project Managers while supporting assigned Project Managers in executing project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to project closure. **Responsibilities**
+ Tracks status, risks, issues, and dependencies for assigned projects to direct reports and reviews project plans and schedules to understand key milestones and deliverables. Leads multiple electric transmission projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with department goals and priorities
+ Assists with assembling project teams and assigning tasks and responsibilities and helps identify required skills and resources needed for the project
+ Compiles and analyzes data to develop project reports and presentations and presents findings and recommendations to senior project manager
+ Communicates with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback and participates in meetings to discuss project scope and requirements
+ Provides guidance to project managers on technical specifications, testing procedures, and integration requirements for transmission lines
+ Oversees and approves complex power system studies and analysis, including load flow, short circuit, and arc flash assessments for major transmission project
+ Reviews project commissioning and energization plans and confirms technical readiness for cut-over to live operation
+ A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Four or more years of combined experience performing/supervising project management support.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Five or more years of experience in project management or project support, including performing or supervising substation construction project management support.
+ Experience coordinating with internal and external organizations to support task completion.
+ Ability to identify and mitigate challenges that may impact timely project completion
+ Experience managing the outage request process.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Experience with enterprise systems like SAP
+ Understanding of Substation construction and maintenance project management processes.
+ Experience reviewing and participating in the contractor bidding process.

Performs expert level fiber and copper cable installation including termination, assembly, and dressing to satisfy customer requirements
Expertly add and remove non-powered and powered cables and equipment (i.e. racks, cabinets, etc.) following the scope of the project, including wiring, connections, and rack elevation drawings
Expertly perform fiber splicing, scoping, testing, and certification to ensure quality of deliverables
Utilize expertise in data center infrastructure (cable media and connectivity, hot/cold aisle containment, cabinet airflow, and cabling capabilities) to ensure satisfactory project outcomes
Utilize expertise in Central Office Frame Verification to execute IDC termination (66/110/LSA blocks) termination of coaxial cable using F connectors, and testing paired cables using pair scanners

Produce completed redline drawings , cable test validation, and all other deliverables to support PM and customer approval to assist the project management team with driving invoicing

Qualifications

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Travel Team Supervisor will lead and oversee the travel team responsible for specialized cleaning operations. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the travel team cleaners to ensure all cleaning operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.
Monitor cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and customer standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain detailed document control and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Assist in the cross-training of CCS personnel to ensure a versatile and knowledgeable team.
Oversee micro-cleaning of all surfaces within controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
Ensure all cleaning operations are documented precisely according to customer SOPs.
Support the team in following through on corrective and preventive actions for any identified variances.
Coordinate travel schedules and logistics for the travel team to required areas and sites.
Ensure team members are prepared and equipped for travel and on-site operations.

Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities of a Non Ferrous Supervisor:
* Lead a team of employees assigned to identify, sort, and process nonferrous scrap material.
* 1+ years previous experience identifying and grading nonferrous materials required to be considered for this role.
* Communicate daily production goals, and other operational information.
* Inspect working area and identify needed tools or equipment and address any safety or maintenance concerns with the proper individuals.
* Assist the General Manager (GM) with team scheduling to cover production goals and absences.
* Assign and train employees on all equipment used in the work area (i.e., forklifts, skid steers, balers, wire machines, etc.)
* Monitor production and take proactive actions to ensure daily and weekly production goals are met or exceeded.
* Complete all required paperwork (production reports, training documentation, maintenance requests, etc.) and review for accuracy before submitting.
* Assist with team member concerns: reporting and follow up.
* This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, and on Saturday's as needed/required.
Qualifications of a Team Lead Supervisor:
* High School diploma, GED Certification, or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years Non Ferrous supervisor experience
* 1 + years previous experience identifying and grading nonferrous materials to be considered for this role.
* 1 + years previous experience identifying and grading nonferrous materials.
* Ability to use a computer tablet.
* Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
* Ability to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
