Pros of working at Southern California Edison

Excellent Benefits and Salary compensation

Cons of working at Southern California Edison

Due to layoffs and the closing of some generation sites, constant reorganization and bad match up of employee and position. For example, a Chemist with a PHD was given a Document Control manager position and I could go on and on with this list. However, previous to the workplace shooting which occurred, this organization was the best I have ever worked for and this would have never happened back then. The workplace shooting had such an impact on everything.
