Charles E. (Chuck) Sweet is a President's Chief of Staff and Vice President for Operations at Southern California University of Health Sciences and is based in Huntington Beach, California. He has worked as Senior IT Executive at Nelnet Campus Commerce; Vice President at Alb Industries Corp; and Vice President, Business Solutions at Northcentral University. Charles attended Northern Arizona University between 1981 and 1985 and Northern Arizona University between 1986 and 1989.

I obtained my license in 1982 and practiced privately until 2012. From 1999 until 2012 I was in a group of with other chiropractic doctors plus medical physicians (pain management, general and neurosurgery, internal medicine and neurology), physical therapists and an acupuncturist. In 2012, after 30 years in practice, I made a transition to Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) assuming administrative duties while maintaining clinical practice. SCU offers degree programs leading to the Doctor of Chiropractic, Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Master degree for Physician Assistant. A certificate program is also available for Ayruvedic Medicine. SCU is the academic affiliate for the Veterans Administration Chiropractic Residency at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. I have held several leadership positions including Chairman of the Chiropractic Section of Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in 1990 and have held several posts with the California Chiropractic Association, serving on the Board of Directors and also as Vice President of Internal Affairs. For 10 years I served as an Exam Commissioner and Expert Consultant for the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners (the state’s licensing board), as an Examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners as well as an Expert Examiner and Witness for the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.I have published articles in chiropractic magazines and journals and made presentations before chiropractic and medical conferences in the US, Europe and Asia. Specialties: I have a special interest in applying Paleolithic Dietary principles in the management of chronic pain due to the diet's beneficial effects on decreasing inflammation.

Tim Farris is a Retired at Ohio and Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at Southern California University of Health Sciences and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. He has worked as Chief Information Officer at Ursuline College; Dir Administrative Infomation Systems at California State University, Dominguez Hills; and Dir Application Development at UCLA Extension. Tim attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 1998 and 2000 and Azusa Pacific University between 1974 and 1978.
