This position will be responsible for the acquisition of land and land rights through the processes of condemnation, zoning, subdivision, and right of entry via court order. This position is primarily responsible for guiding Power Delivery and Corporate Real Estate on managing the legal aspects of land and land rights acquisition as well as assessing risk and advising on mitigation strategies. Duties include the ability to draft, review, analyze, and revise legal documents, the ability to provide counsel for internal customers, represent the company at public hearings, and the ability to negotiate with others as it relates to the acquisition of land and land rights. This position will act as a liaison between corporate real estate, multiple internal organizations, external partners, and company retained counsel. NERC CIP Armed Security Operator The NERC CIP Armed Security Operator position ensures security of APC Corporate Headquarters, associated facilities, critical systems, equipment, operations, and persons. Operate multiple electronic security systems. Enforce company policies and criminal laws. Control access to company property, respond to requests for security services and alarms, coordinate the activities of public safety, medical, and other personnel during emergency situations. Telecommunication Technician - MSO-EPC The Mobile Switching Office-Evolved Packet Core (MSO-EPC), also known as the Southern Linc Network Operations Center (NOC), is the critical 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and resolution facility. The primary responsibilities of the position are to provide network monitoring, 1 st level troubleshooting, documentation, and problem resolution for the Southern Linc LTE/4G wireless network. Successful candidate will participate in, coordinate and assist with providing system upgrades, capacity increases, emergency system restoration deployments, storm preparation and response, performance optimization and support the operational efficiency efforts of Southern Linc Wireless. Candidate will provide assistance to support any future build-out work for the Southern Linc LTE/4G network to include centralized Core infrastructure and RAN components, AC/DC power, and other facility-related needs. Central Design - Electrical/I&C Design Engineer Southern Nuclear Operating Company's (SNC) Fleet Central Design Organization is responsible for production of capital project designs, either in-house or with the assistance of the Architect Engineers (AEs). Telecommunication Technician - MSO-EPC The Mobile Switching Office-Evolved Packet Core (MSO-EPC), also known as the Southern Linc Network Operations Center (NOC), is the critical 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and resolution facility. The primary responsibilities of the position are to provide network monitoring, 1 st level troubleshooting, documentation, and problem resolution for the Southern Linc LTE/4G wireless network. Successful candidate will participate in, coordinate and assist with providing system upgrades, capacity increases, emergency system restoration deployments, storm preparation and response, performance optimization and support the operational efficiency efforts of Southern Linc Wireless.
