Job Summary and Qualifications The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist assumes responsibility for assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional invasive procedures on patients ranging in age. The Technologist demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served in his/her department. You will provide health care services by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment following scope of practice. You will provide assistance to the Physicians during all procedural cases and demonstrates anatomic images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Permanent Radiology - Interventional - Las Vegas, NV - Full Time Days - Pay Negotiable - Las Vegas, NV Employer: MountainView Hospital Job Type: Permanent Shift: Full Time Days Due to excellent growth in the Las Vegas market, a private group is searching for an additional BE/BC Interventional fellowship-trained Radiologist to join their team. They are a dedicated, cohesive group of experienced physicians, so there is always availability of colleagues to consult on complex cases. They also teach residents in an ACGME diagnostic radiology residency. Approximately 70% interventional and 30% diagnostic radiology. Rotation of day/eve/IR call coverage divided among 9 interventional radiologists. Types of cases include vascular access, renal and biliary interventions, venous interventions, PAD, including thrombectomy/thrombolysis, GI and trauma embolization's, and interventional oncology, including percutaneous ablations, Y-90 radioembolization, and chemoembolization. Ability or interest in NIR, especially stroke interventions, is welcomed. Competitive starting salary leading to partnership track.
