Essential Duties & Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization
Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage across departments.
Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet business needs.
Data Management
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within the CRM and related databases.
Oversee data imports, cleansing, and deduplication processes.
Monitor and maintain integration between CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
Process Improvement
Analyze CRM usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user adoption.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes and reporting.
Training & Support
Provide training and ongoing support to CRM users.
Develop documentation and resources for CRM best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and distribute performance reports for leadership and project teams.
Requirements/Experience:
3+ years of CRM administration and operations experience.

Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish building lines and control points from constructions drawings.
Construct formwork and grade rod vertically and horizontal in proper alignments.
Create control joints, Molds expansion joints and edges using a concrete saw, edging tools, jointers and straight edge.
Install reinforcing steel and embeds according to construction drawings.
Tie rebar, wire mesh and all support structures.
Place concrete from a chute, Georgia buggy or a pump.
Spreads concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, using float to bring water to surface and produce soft topping.
Levels, smoothes, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straightedge and float or power screed.
Finishes flat and sloped concrete surfaces, using power trowel, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish.
Operates soil compaction equipment and concrete vibrator.
Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, using power grinder or chisel and hammer, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.

Qualifications
Education Required (minimum): BS in engineering or other technical specialty from an accredited university with course work in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or similar technical scope is required.
Experience Required (minimum): 10 years (minimum) of experience with design engineering, project management and client relations is required. Experience with operating plant procedures, processes, budget analysis, and budget forecasting is required.Ability to manage, motivate and organize team members, communicating and providing technical direction and task assignments is required.
Other Required Qualifications (minimum): All applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel and Power Point is required with competency in software applications for email and databases. Southern Industrial Constructors is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Writer Intern to support our IT team in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a passion for technology and strong writing skills. You'll gain hands-on experience working with engineers, analysts, and support teams to produce user guides, technical manuals, and internal documentation. This is a full-time, paid internship working with a large industrial construction company based out of Raleigh, NC. Dates for internship are May 18th - July 31st.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in writing and editing technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and internal process documents.
Collaborate with IT staff to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content.
Help maintain and update documentation repositories and knowledge bases.
Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and style across all documents.
Participate in document reviews and incorporate feedback from subject matter experts.
Support the creation of diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance documentation.
Learn and apply best practices in technical writing and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., networking, software, hardware).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.

Southern Industrial is seeking individuals interested in getting into the trades for our next Apprenticeship program starting March 2nd 2026. Candidates should be interested in a career in one of the following trades: electrical, rigging, millwright, iron work, or pipe fitting. Welding will be offered as a secondary trade. Must be local to Raleigh, NC area, no per diem is offered. All apprentices will go through a full-time, paid 14 week training that includes a 30 day boot camp out in the field (travel may be required during the 30 day bootcamp). After the 14 week training, all apprentices will permanently work in the field learning their trade and may be expected to travel in or out of state depending on their job assignment (per diem paid if working over 60 miles from home address). During the training apprentices will learn about OSHA safety, life skills, and basic tools/equipment used in our industry. NCCER certifications are provided in house to those who succesfully complete the initial 14 week training.

Job Title: SIC Maintenance Multi-Craft Journeyman/FT (GE WILM)
Job Summary: Southern Industrial Constructors seeks Maintenance Multi-Craft Journeyman for an on-going site in the Wilmington, NC area - the site has access to customer cafeteria and food services and is in a controlled environment. This role is for an on-going assignment. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform new or modified installations to safely, effectively and efficiently complete some or all of the following tasks: fabricate, assemble, rig, install, or maintain piping, fixtures, structures, machinery and equipment consistent with specifications and drawings.
Work within precise standards of accuracy to perform tasks involving dexterous use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
.Understand and follow directions, plans, sketches and blueprints.
Support other maintenance employees as directed.
Ability to use and operate hand and power tools such as electric saws, drills, drivers, wrenches, and other power and hand tools as needed in a safe, efficient manner.
Able to safely operate a Manlift and other powered equipment as needed.
Perform work from scaffolding, ladders or other structures.
Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.
Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.

Perform safety inspections of work area, equipment and tools to ensure compliance with government regulations, customer requirements, and SIC's safety program.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, freezers, and warehouses, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property and buildings
May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas
Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises

Job Summary: Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. seeks Iron Worker Foreman for a project in Holly Springs, NC. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets up hoisting equipment for raising and placing structural steel members.
Fastens steel members to cable of hoist, using chain, cable, or rope.
Signals worker operating hoisting equipment to lift and place steel member.
Guides member, using tag line (rope).
Pulls, pushes, or pries steel members into approximate position while member is supported by hoisting device.
Forces members into final position, using turnbuckles, crowbars, jacks, and hand tools.
Aligns holes in member with corresponding holes in previously placed member by drifting drift pins or handle of wrench through holes.
Verifies vertical and horizontal alignment of members, using plumb bob and level.
Bolts aligned members to keep them in position until they can be permanently bolted, or welded in place.

QC Inspector I&E will assist management in establishing project requirements for selecting the proper procedures and techniques for project quality control in the I&E segment of the project. Performs pre-installation inspections as required including materials, wire size, routing, tubing size, fittings, raceway, supports, and ties storage to ensure the compliance to the project specifications, governing codes, and/or manufactures recommendations. • Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
• Checks cable laying and cable identification.
• Performs punch-listing operations.
• Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system.
• Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection.
• Witness tests of continuity, insulation resistance.
• Checks installation of instruments.
• Performs tests functional instruments.
• Checks fiber optic cable.
• Performs test communication functionalities.
• Verify special processes and the relevant workers' qualifications.
• Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
• Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, verifies procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications - Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Previous construction experience within the oil and gas industry
• Previous exposure to high voltage electrical installation including switchgear and electric drives
• Exposure to Hazardous Area installations
• Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations
• Instrument calibrations including ultrasonic flow meter, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters etc.
• A working knowledge of BS/IEC/ISO/API/ATEX/EEMUA codes and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work
• Must have good aptitude and manual dexterity
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar with other computer packages (e.g. MS Project, Outlook, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to work with others - team player
• Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
Work Environment:
Will work in all weather conditions ranging from warm/hot - cool/cold. Occasional rain. Will work at different elevations. May be required to work in close, confined spaces for a long period of time. Noise levels will be moderate to high.
