None you are just a cog in their system
You will be treated like dirt, they have no loyalty. I watched them fire someone after he devoted over 20 years to the company working monday-saturday. They gave him no time off for his family and when his sick daughter died they the executive manager Richard mulville made fun of him taking time off. They pass the buck like no body's business. They told me attending my aunts funeral wasn't important and then they all showed up for my niece's. I was promised a raise and never got it because Chris Peters is manipulative and when I had opportunity to move he begged to keep me and when it came time for my raise he totally switched his opinion. I was injured on the job because my supervisor was lazy and I asked for a doctor they threatened to fire me.
