Directly responsible for supporting the Room Attendants, including service areas and public areas on the assigned floors according to Biltmore standards and procedures. This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP'S).
Responsibilities
Clean guest floor landings, hallways, and service areas on all floors in accordance with Biltmore quality standards.
Assist Room Attendants by stripping rooms, removing soiled linen, terry, and trash.
Ensure that Room Attendant carts and Housekeeping closets are stocked with clean linen.
Make up and deliver rollaway beds, cribs, bed boards, and other supplies as needed.
Vacuum carpeting, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture, lamps, and pictures.
Throughout the shift place all linen down the chute and take the trash down to the loading dock, and at the end of the shift ensure that all the floors are clear.
Sweep, mop, and dust stairwells.
Follow all Biltmore policies and procedures.
Report any items in need of repair, missing items, or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor, the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, or the Director of Housekeeping.
Check all equipment and ensure that it is maintained in top mechanical condition.
Report any items found to Coordinator.
Coordinate with Supervisors, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Director of Housekeeping on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.
Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, or Director of Housekeeping.

The Role:
As a FulfillmentAssociate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer's doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillmentassociates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. This individual is expected to be eager to learn new things, be a team player, and be ready to find out of the box solutions.
What You'll Do:
You are the magic behind the fulfillment warehouse experience. Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing product from our warehouse shelves, restocking and cycle counting inventory, or prepping special projects. Our associates should be ready to help any team within our warehouses that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory, or returns.
Must be available for drills or actual emergency response (24/7/365 as needed) as a fully trained associate in all facets of the operation (after hours response includes additional hourly pay).
Required to work one 5 hour shift each week as scheduled in advance (M-F, 7:00 am-12:00 pm or 12:00 pm-5:00 pm).
Must be willing to work in a cold-storage/freezer work environment.
Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -112 degrees to 66-77 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Fulfillment, the FulfillmentAssociate plays a key role in supporting the execution of special promotions and events. This includes coordinating logistics, staging materials, and managing product distribution. The role is focused on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality services to ensure a Best-in-Class guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares staging and product distribution for events. Supports physical unloading and delivery of all products to appropriate booth and/or staging area.
2. Prepares events by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and verifying inventory count. Communicates vendor shortages/overages to management promptly.
3. Ensures warehouse is kept in a clean and orderly fashion to enhance and promote safety controls. Gathers and stages all unused pallets and prepares them for recycling.
4. Plans/maps delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness of deliveries.
5. Responsible for performing duties while keeping area clear of safety hazards and adhering to safety regulations. Follows proper Department and enterprise health and safety policies and procedures at all times. Accountable for reporting any safety violations and of any real/personal property damage (including enterprise facilities, equipment and structures).
6. Performs minor preventive maintenance on various departmental equipment, when necessary.
7. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum six (6) months warehouse, customer service, or hospitality experience required. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS
* At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
