Overview

Overview
The Manager, Office of Strategic Management (OSM) provides critical project management and analytical support to corporate, divisional and functional leaders at Southern. Assignments will include a mix of ongoing and project based activities in which the Manager will be working within specified timelines. **Overview**

Overview
This role will be directly accountable for a small group of midsize/high complexity suppliers' Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance and ways of working with SGWS. Overview
The Replenishment Analyst I is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, identifying and correcting stock shortage issues, and generating purchase orders for inventory for assigned areas.
Primary Responsibilities

**Overview**
This national leadership role serves as the key supplier point of contact and subject matter expert for SGWS Leadership and assigned supplier leadership for both National Retail Sales (NRS) and National Accounts On-premise (NAON) channels. - Lead creator and supplier collaborator for SGWS Leadership top-to-top presentations, Ways of Working (WoW)maintenance, contract compliance, critical supplier meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)s for both the NRS and NAON channels.
- Lead mitigation activities for both annual and program performance, request mitigation funding as necessary, ensuring both are documented and aligned with the supplier for both the NRS and NAON channels.

- Provide guidance and oversee the management and use of supplier marketing funds and accounts receivables with the SGWS Finance team for both the NRS and NAON channels.

- Serve as the national supplier contact for support, facilitation, and implementation of all digital enablement initiatives for the market for both the NRS and NAON channels.
- Educate, advocate, and facilitate supplier adoption of SG Proof, including eCommerce and SG Proof Marketing solutions to maximize results of their brand marketing strategies and tactical activities for both the NRS and NAON channels.

**Overview**
The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for researching and resolving payroll tax issues related to their divisions
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Resolve internal and external customer issues by acknowledging / returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner and providing responses and resolutions in a reasonable amount of time
+ Responsible for reporting and remitting state, local, and city tax on a timely basis for our employee population
+ Ensure W-2's are correct by verifying that the employee's gross to net calculation is accurate and entering adjustments if necessary
+ Run Post to Accounting and 3rd Party Posting for main cycle and any off-cycles. Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the 941 and 940 Federal returns by running the Payroll Reconciliation report and remitting Federal tax payments on a daily basis
+ Process 940 (Federal Unemployment) return on an annual basis and 941 returns on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure accuracy
**Additional Primary Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for documenting and updating department procedures as necessary. Process Ad-hoc reporting for state or federal requirements as necessary
+ Assist in month-to-month and year-to-year payroll and variance analysis.
+ Assist in the audits of payroll accounts
+ Responsible for balancing General Ledger accounts
+ Responsible for working with agents and auditors during worker's comp audits. Responsible for entering and reconciling third-party distribution entries on employees
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Overview**
The Director of SC&O Technology Strategy is part of an agile team of high-performing Directors and Senior Directors who are leading and executing Southern Glazer's 10-year Supply Chain & Operations Vision and Strategy Program. Overview
Southern Glazer's Internship Program
The Southern Glazer's Internship Program was established to develop the next generation of Sales, Trade Development, Operations, Technology and Corporate leaders. Each summer, the program offers interns the opportunity to engage in career building activities while simultaneously learning and applying industry-leading practices.
This hands-on experience gives interns the chance to explore and understand the adult beverage industry. The knowledge gained from industry leaders will allow you to build a network of professionals within the beverage alcohol industry and here at Southern Glazer's. Being a Southern Glazer's intern means you'll be invited to our Leadership Spotlight Series, a Community Service day exclusive to our intern class, as well as access to Professional Development workshops and trainings!
Internship Overview
The Sales Internship is about 70% working with our current sales reps and about 30% based out of our Miramar, FL office. The interns will experience sales in both on and off premise accounts (grocery chains, liquor/convenience stores, bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.). In the office, the interns will get the opportunity to network with executives and hear from management from other departments, such as Trade Development, Customer Service, and Inside Sales. The interns will also work on sales related projects throughout their whole time that will be presented at the end of the internship.
Primary Responsibilities
This internship works closely with our different sales divisions to learn about and support the team along the way
Intern will learn multiple sides of the business, including, but not limited to sales, product knowledge, operations, trade development, and mixology
Intern will stay up to date with all of the different sales divisions they work with
Intern will plan and execute a local volunteer project
Intern will use their knowledge of the sales divisions to create and present their final project
